Quoted from MarkInc:

I want to get it in shape for expo. Anyone have a large oven (I can fit my ramps into) that I can borrow?

My dad makes ramps. I am sure he would be willing to lend a hand. He has made the new clear ramps for High Speed, as well as ramps for Swords of Fury, Genesis, Space Station and others.

Yes, Frank. That's the plan. As rough as it is - it's a good reference point before the art's done.
I'll be in the FAST booth.
"Everyone loves a box of lights!"

LOL. I'll have a pretty box of covered in art. Let's see if we can get some lights in it too!

Maybe I should have built a cloning machine first.

Put down for a cloning machine!

Quoted from yancy:

Did someone at Expo say there's a Twitch channel for this game's development, or was I dreaming?

I had been streaming work on Peanuts Pinball and building electronics and pinball. I am sure I meantioned the redness if this game on there.

Of course!
The ball is rolling, so to speak. I'm just happy to get them in your hands for your feedback (like above)
We've got until October, next year.
And you can let Aaron do all the work - just stand over his shoulder and direct!
Slope the sides!

Dad, Mark has the most complex FAST/MPF powered game to date. Needs ramps to match!

I'll make the molds, you make sure I don't mess it up. Maybe we can convince you to join us next year. We have something big planned for 2017.

Quoted from Bonnevil69:

That is something that works for doom to integrate with the theme to give it a bit of crazyness and speed Don't know if it would fit with your game

Matt's work is top notch. If everyone keeps raising the bar for each other like he does, I have no doubt the next generation of pinball designers are going to be able to produce sweet new pins that don't cost nearly 10k!

Great too see everyone's hard work this weekend. Can wait to get home and get back to work!

The red plastic on Buffy was very nice.
Aaron needs to capture Mark's process on video and share it out. We need more people doing this.

The best thing anyone can do to get good at something like vacuum forming or welding, etc. is to study the fundamentals and practice. Do it over and over. Adjust, refine, perfect. There is no shortcutting experience.

Quoted from Aurich:

Don't use photos. Without a pro rig there's simply too much chance of distortion, and being off a little bit sucks for art, but could be even worse if you use it as a source to generate CAD.
I'd trust covering the whole thing in a roll of paper, doing a rubbing, and scanning that in sections over a photo if it came to it.

Oh damn! I had never thought of doing a rubbing! That is a great idea!

Mark, are you bringing this to the Vancouver show this year?

Can we gang up and convince him to at least bring it the the NW Pinball Show?
