At the risk of sounding unkind, each time I see the title of this thread in the Forum index, I instantly have the same thought:
Why is there an assumption that there will *be* a next release from AP? Either they have no shareholders/stakeholders/investors or their shareholders make demands other than profitability. Truly, I have no idea how they keep the lights on over there. Naturally, I would like them to stick around and somehow prosper, but they have limped along since their inception, making a routine out of making bad decisions. Is the pinball division of Aimtron a tax write off? A deliberate fiscal sinkhole? They have confounded me almost from the start. Spooky is in the same boat. If the two of them are still in the picture in four years, it will be an absolute triumph against the odds.
