For the very little we discussed in the past I could understand you are a real passionate with deep experience, I'm sorry you had such experience, it's always like getting a knife in your back. (do you use this expression?)

When I first discovered that the Dog was dismissing the business I got scared, it is the reference for budget/cheap replacements so there will be a rising demand and I confirm that US customers are increasing.
Luckily the feedback is very positive.
