    OMG = one more game

This one came up last night while playing Tron and my friend left the sea of simulation hanging twice and never cashed it in.....

While playing Tron if you light the sea of simulation and never end up collecting it, this is now referred to as.... "close but no sea-gar"

7 - 10 split = draining 2 balls in a multiball simultaneously out the right and left outlane

    Quoted from WaddleJrJr:

    Drainsplosion:
When 3 or more balls collide during multiball and all of them go directly to a drain.

Also.. A newton drain is when 2 balls collide and both drain ☺

Brown robbie: when repairing pinball machines one needs a good variety of tools. Screwdrivers such as Phillips, slot and Robertson are usually required. Always bring your "brown robbie" (beer) as it can often be the most important tool

    Quoted from Astropin:

We need a name for when you are bricking your shots so badly that the game actually goes into ball-search mode.
    Bricklayer
    Master Mason
    Doinkologist

there is a name for that: "skill search"

Is there not some site called stucky balls where you post odd places your ball gets stuck? Why cant I find it? I figure you would know Steve

    Quoted from FunWithBonus:

You may be referring to the Stucky Balls group on Facebook:

    Thanks Steve!

Alley-oop: Passing the ball from a lower flipper to an upper flipper to make a shot. eg. you can alley-oop from the bottom left flipper on Tron to the upper left flipper to make a gem or ramp shot!

Nudge Fudge: You make a nice nudge to save the ball then drain shortly after due to bad flipper control.

    #70 4 years ago

Kickjack: When your ball goes past the kickback so fast that it either jumps the switch or beats the kickback therefore you get jacked out of your kickback.

Bitch slapped: When you shoot the ball up and it hits the underside of an upper flipper and as the upper flipper goes back down it reverse flips the ball back down the drain! Happy New Year!

    #77 4 years ago
    Quoted from JoelOmatik:

    Mag-NO Save:
When the manga save option fails to save your ball, either by a weak magnet, or by bad timing.

    common in wcs

Counter nudge: when playing split flipper and you and your partner both push on the cabinet at the same time trying to save a ball down the middle countering the nudge effect entirely.

Used tonight in LOTR: "don't counter nudge me man!"

When one rips the spinner to overtake their opponent and win the game that is what I like to call "Spinner, Spinner, Chicken Dinner!"

What about a term for when the ball hits the glass........ "glass pass" or something!

Commentating drain: when you are too busy commentating your own game play (often bragging about something ) that you lose control and drain.

Back seat driver commentating drain: when your friend that is watching you play is commentating on your game play and causes you to lose the ball.

    #98 3 years ago
    Quoted from WaddleJrJr:

Inspired me to think of the Dot Draintrix, when you think you have the ball trapped and look up at the DMD, just to find out that the ball wasn't entirely under control and rolls off the flipper and drains.

Haha yep. We have all been there!
