Nice selection of 8 track tapes o-din. The artwork on albums in the 70’s was awesome.

Quoted from mooch:

In the 70s, I remember having rock posters all over the walls.
Two of my faves were these of Led Zeppelin and Debbie Harry.

How about the concert posters that were stapled to poles all around town to advertise concerts in the 70’s. The Armadillo had their own art squad for their posters. Most concerts were in the $5 range.

Quoted from cottonm4:

Quadrophonic stereos hit the scene---and flamed out.

Quoted from pinfixer:

To me the real threat came from inside the car when all of the adults were smoking and refused to roll the windows down because it was too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. I still get a full body shiver thinking of those road trips arriving with pink eyes looking like an albino rabbit. Good times indeed!<

I remember in the 70’s flying on a plane and half the frigging adults on the plane were smoking cigarettes. WTF
