Installed a pinwoofer super kit this week and it already sounds incredible. Sub + backbox speakers + powered amps. I can't wait to get the pinsound board in here. Still waiting for those to become available again.

It happens maybe...40-50% of the time and makes a loud WHACK on the wood instead of hitting the soft rubber...
Yep, happens on mine too. I thought about putting some foam there, but it would likely get torn off when the playfield was lifted. It doesn't seem to be causing any damage.

Probably the best option would just be to drill a hole and install another post there like the others...would only be like...$2...
I gave this some thought and tried using a little felt pad that is used on cabinet doors. It works pretty well, and when you lift the playfield the back of it actually dips down, so you don't run into issues with it knocking it off the wall.

I was thinking of adding two posts in this area, but I need to purchase plastic posts. For now, this is what I am planning on doing - not particularly elegant. I also don’t like putting sideways pressure on those relatively delicate plastic pieces.[quoted image]
It's really small and you don't even notice it when you're standing in front of the machine. They're super cheap and you can find them at Home Depot / Lowes.

I have mirror blades on my machine and I placed one of those felt bumpers where the ball normally hits. It's worked just fine.
