Elvis collector. Been in his basement since day one. Game is absolutely spotless. I’ve been on the hunt for one for years. Glad this one came my way. Was sick of seeing 5k Elvis machines for sale. Finally found a decent priced one and it’s the best I’ve seen.
Game was place in The Sanctum as soon as I picked it up and it’s got about 4000 plays now
Quoted from Arcade:Anyone know what kind of metal the Elvis Ramps are made out of?
A welder is asking to see if he can fix or not.
Left ramp is impossible to find now.
Those welds are horrible. Last summer I grabbed a HUO from an Elvis collector with 50 plays on it. Welds are broken. They take 0 abuse. Stinks becuase welding is going to discolor them.
Just had to fix mine. The little wire guide that the sling pulls down on to pop gate up bounced over 180 degrees and wasn’t opening anymore. Have to go in and pop it back over to the proper orientation so it pulls down on it in the correct direction.
Quoted from pinballjah:Just joined the club as well. Has anyone done instructions or a video on removing the upper playfield? Want to get to the rubbers under neigh to clean them or replace them. Will see check the manual to see what type of instructions they provide. Thanks for the help!
I didn’t document it but it’s a pain. Some of the mounting stuff for heartbreak hotel I have no clue how you are suppose to actually get at then. I did a full strip and it was a chore. I’ve restored plenty of games and it still baffled me.
Trough jam opto is bad. Check it in switch test. I bet it doesn’t register.
