Quoted from Cheese_WizardPQ:I think the game looks better with mirrorblades. Gold one!
Decals are too much. Makes the whole thing too busy
I agree with this.
Your Elvis looks great Lou!
Quoted from OldSchoolBlood:Anyone put a pinsound board in Elvis?
no...but I just added a CoinTaker shaker...the wiring is already there so it was super easy plug and play.
Adds a lot to the game too.
Quoted from gameover1173:Anyone know the updated part number for the cabinet leaf switch on the right side for the right flippers ??
I need one too!
Quoted from gameover1173:Anyone know the updated part number for the cabinet leaf switch on the right side for the right flippers ??
Tried cleaning and adjusting my flipper switches today...they worked fine for half a game then started acting up again.
I would like to buy new cabinet flipper switches for both sides. Like the quoted post, can anyone tell us the "new and improved flipper switch part numbers?
I remember reading a TSB from Stern about flipper switches on Sopranos...Apparently they sucked from day 1, and Elvis was the same.
Has anyone in the club done the "switch" on their switches?
Quoted from gameover1173:I have that one it was too short to reach the flipper button
mount it higher on the cabinet...make new holes...
I just did this and my problem is solved...Elvis is shakin the house again!
Quoted from MT45:Fellow Pinsider was asking how I mounted the Elvis sign. Here are the images. See the blue circle for the two wires I hooked it into. They might be part of the Tournament bundle but the yellow indicator tag does not include these two wires in the bundle. Also included some pics of how I mounted it and if you look close, how I cut the bottom (battery pack of original Elvis sign).
resurrecting this post to ask a question...planning on doing the sign mod and just want to make sure...
I have a sign, I am ready to mount it into the game...just need to know the best place to get 5v from...and I am wondering if I need to keep the on/off switch from the sign in the circuit? In the post above it looks like he got power from up in the head...could I not find a 5v power source near the coin door instead?
Quoted from OLDPINGUY:Tap 6.3V off of GI....most LEDs wont need a step down.
but the sign takes 4.4v DC...
And a guy who used the GI says the lights didn't chase.
MT's video on page 3 they chase...that's what I want...
