I'm glad I found this club. I bought my Elvis NIB in 2004 and have truly enjoyed it. The Elvis game gets ripped on a lot on Pinside. It's nice to find others who enjoy it. I've taken great care of it, but am now considering pimping it out after seeing some of the great work done by owners on this site. I'm not as handy as others here, but still want to improve upon my game. Anyone have any suggestions for me to start with that are easy installs and not too expensive?

Quoted from neverahighscore:

Like any game, plenty to do. You could start out with changing out the rubbers. Heartbreak Hotel looks great in pink! Tons of other mods for this game. More expensive but worth it is a color dmd. I installed mine over the past Summer and love it. Enjoy Elvis-a true collectible fun game!!!

Thanks. I love your game. It looks incredible. You've given me some ideas to get started. I was already considering a color dmd.

Bump-looking to join the club. Looking for a HUO Gold but will also consider a regular HUO Elvis.
If anyone is considering selling theirs-please pm me.

There’s a standard Elvis for sale on Pinside market right now. I don’t know if it’s HUO.

Quoted from pinmister:

It does not appear to be HUO, looking for a nice example with no flipper button wear, nice shooter lane, etc.

Ok. Good luck. I bought my Elvis NIB and 16 years later I still love it. It’s an underrated game IMO.

New Elvis topper I came up with.

Are those the McFarlane toys?

Quoted from pinballjah:

Yes, they are actually a lot nicer than I expected. The sign I got on Amazon.

Very cool. I have all 6 of the McFarlane Elvis figures but never took them out of the packaging.

Hello all!
Just officially joined the club. My first machine and it took me 15 years to gather the courage to buy a pin. Hope you find me worthy to join the club. I have had the machine for less than a week and absolutely love it! So much to learn.

Welcome to the club. I bought my Elvis NIB in 2004 and still love it. I’m sure you’ll be happy for a long time to come.

Thoughts on the new Elvis movie? Glad to see Elvis still in the spot light after all these years.

I’m going to see it as soon as I get the chance. It looks awesome. There have been so many poorly made, low quality films about Elvis. It’s about time he got the full Hollywood treatment with a big budget, top director and excellent actors. Long live the King!

Quoted from Cheesedawg74:

Loved it! Seen it twice. Huge Elvis fan here so I know there were many factual inaccuracies.....but the film looked and sounded great! Colonel Tom with a thick Dutch accent ? That was weird. I know he was of Dutch ancestry , but no interviews of him sound like that. I give it a 9/10.

I’m a huge Elvis fan too. I don’t think the inaccuracies are all that great. Sure, there are some…for example, Elvis never fired Col. Parker from the stage. He wouldn’t have done that. But he did rail against the owner of the casino from the stage one time. Otherwise, it was pretty accurate for a dramatization. And the acting and directing were superb. I loved it.

Thanks to a fantastic pinsider-I have finally rejoined the club and am stoked to have a super minty HUO Elvis. I held out for years trying to find exactly what I wanted and am very happy. I think I may just add superbands and custom instruction cards. Super stoked to be back in the club!

Wanted to see if any Elvis owners may be interested in something similar to these light covers for their Elvis? If I can get a few people interested, I can speak to the designer about making something similar for the three lights on the Elvis. Was think something with the Elvis dancing silhouettes may look cool. Thanks.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by light covers. What three lights are you talking about?

Quoted from Nikrox2:

So- thought I'd post this here - I recently shopped a Mata Hari for a very nice gentleman. While working in his game room (easier to shop there than haul it home) -I kept hearing Elvis songs - even new songs, the latest songs - with Elvis singing them.
To preface this a bit - he's not just an avid collector (of various items, not just Elvis) - he has items that they actually transfer in & out of the Graceland museum - so he has the "stuff" (some items there are amazing I must say)
So I mention I just heard a song over his system, that is a new tune that came out way after Elvis died, was this a new impersonator I asked? That's when things got weird.
Again - we're talking a beautiful home, large pool with a "beach area" built in - one room had a collection of baseball cards - that's all - full of cards, organized, bundled, tubbed up - the card collection alone he'd been offered over one million for it - so this cat is not an everyday Joe.
Golf club collection - yeah, from the pro's, even some he'd beaten to win the clubs (one was from one of Hitler's generals...amazing stuff there. I could go on & on - I loved going out there just to look at the stuff really)
Back to Elvis - the songs I was hearing was from recent recordings - by the man - Elvis!
"Supposedly" he is alive and preaching, still singing. This guy has visited this man's church several times, even got up and sang with the man. Had videos, and showed me. Not sure who I was looking at.
So for you Elvis fans out there - to this man - the King is alive & well thank you!

The last reports had Elvis working at a Burger King in Kalamazoo. Considering his age, it’s probably good that he got away those burgers and fries. That stuff will kill ya.
