Both upper and lower left side flippers quit working during game play.
During cool test, every fired like it should but left side is dead during game play. Thoughts? Fuses?

I replaced the fuses and still having issues.
Pressing the left flipper button, I some times see a slight twitch from the flippers. Hell once I had a full and normal flipper extension.
What gives?
Ok seems like it was the switch not making a good connection. It's good now and I'm back to flipping.
Quoted from HOOKED:Just read this . Was it the eos switch on the left lower flipper?
I think so. The area where the two switches touch might be getting worn and need cleaning
I found it strange that the right side is a dual tap type of switch for the flippers yet the left side is just a single. Is that normal?

Have not looked but EOS switch adjustment can cause flaky stuff but some machines have two switch stack at the cabinet flipper.
I have E in pieces at the moment waiting for me to build and apron
Greetings Elvis owners! While I'm not a member of the club myself, I've been working with Grinder901 on another project that had some crossover. He commissioned me to make some custom coin reject button inserts for his Elivs pin, and now that they are done I wanted to offer them to the rest of the club.
I've attached full resolution versions of each of the inserts for you to download and create for yourself. However, I'm also willing to print a sheet with 4 of each of the inserts and send to you for $5. Printing will be done on high resolution inkjet printer with OEM inks and OEM matte photo paper that has excellent light diffusion and no paper blotches. This way you can cut out and try any combination you wish to see what you like best on your pin while still having enough extras if you accidently mess something up.
So, have fun with a full DIY, or if you are interested in buying the inserts you, just PM me with your address and I'll provide payment details.
Enjoy!

Hi,
I´m searching for instruction and free play card in red. Has someone this for me?
I can´t find something in the internet for instruction card, only the free play.
Greetings from germany
I opened up the top PF and I am getting some fall off over the extended ramp corner..
Would be nice to intall a guard. Could be my next mod.
Anybodyl used superbands on rhe lower flippers?
I really wanted to pull the trigger on an Elvis at PAGG last weekend. There was a nice one for sale for $3000.

I just joined the club. Can someone send a picture of the board with the battery holder? My new machine wasn't keeping the settings so I opened it up anticipating the batteries would either be missing or old. Much to my surprise the battery holder itself is not only missing but looking at how clean the Solder points are it doesn't look like there was ever a one installed in the first place
A good reason to toss in some NVRAM.
Probably cheaper than ordering parts from Stern. No soldering required.
I converted both my Sterns and have not looked back.

I would like to swap over all of my keeper sterns ...can you add a picture of the battery replacement set up?

Please. And a link would be great.
I've also noticed the top right flipper fails occasionally I have adjusted the switch and it seems to work for a bit. Lower flipper seems weak as well. Been reading and it seems like the flippers can be an issue on this machine. Should I guy be replacing the switches on the flipper buttons or is there another fix.
TIP
If you are going to work on the hotel targets it would be a good time to replace the rubber. Hard as hell to get to the spots under the hotel while its in one piece.
I found the upper PF was very hard to remove and get back on without getting fingerprints all over the freshly cleaned surface.
Just joined the club - is there a good site for custom freeplay & instruction cards? I have looked in the usual places and have not found anything that great. Thanks!
Hey guys.. just letting you fellow Elvis Pin Owners know I have some spare PF plastics..No reason to buy an entire set of plastics for the one or two you might need.. just shoot me a message for what you are looking for.. won't charge more than a buck or two for any piece.. (plus shipping of course!) ..Hope all of your Elvis pins are doing well..
Rob
Quoted from OLDPINGUY:Hi Rob.....would you have the slingshot plastics available?
unfortunately, those were the WORST plastics on my PF that I had to replace... they were warped something terrible.. sorry!!

That would be so kind of you, but please dont go out of your way, if they dont show.....Ive spent hours tring to find a part or plastic in my bins, and I swear they move on their own!
Thanks Rob, for getting back to me.

Shoot me a text I'll send you a couple pics of what I have for slingshot plastic. You might be able to heat them up and flatten them.. PM set with number..
Rob
Thank you....I have a small break, that I glued, so in this case they are better than those.
But, my sincerest thanks for taking the time to photo.
They are HTF, so perhaps these might help someone else in need.
Again, Thank you.
Has anyone out there re-painted the dancing Elvis?
I see a spare on fee-bay and the idea of a spare in a different outfit seems like a killer mod.
Welcome to the club. That cab art is just great. I remember when the original drawings were up for sale on Ebay.
Wish I could have snagged one of those. Sill looking for a life size E for the game room.
Did some work on my game. Pink and purple are the best!
Added red starlight posts, new electric pink flippers, new Titans purple flipper rubbers, led strip in the pit, speakerlight, acrylics, jailhouse plastic, some pink rubbers on mini playfield.
Still waiting on NOS Ramps, pop bumper decals, etc ..
Already got Sparky TV with Elvis clips. This game will be epic in my collection!!
Hi Elvis fans. I am not a member but a wannabe. A distrib /seller in my area has a HUO Elvis that he is asking $4,500. Seems a tad hi to me but wanted to know what others think about that price. I have not eyeballed the game yet so I don't know any specifics except to say the seller is someone I know and trust. Thanks.
I paid $5500 cdn for my huo last year. I felt it was pretty top of the mark but I got it from a well known pin rev person and he threw in a bunch of extra stuff (flyer, bag of bulbs, unopened goodie bag). Didn't have the tournament kit (at least it's a topper).
A fun game that I see at shows, and now score better at while there.
I found it a real pain. The left ramp bolt behind the drop targets was hell to loosen enough to get the ramp out.
Have a close look under the hotel, there are 2 rubbers under it. I just turned the clean side out on them.
Ever since swapping rubber I get the occassional ball dive/drop from the up exit area on the left. I also opened up the rubber there.
Just my experience.
Quoted from tominator:How hard is it to get the upper playfield off? Need to re-rubber mine...
Takes a little effort but like I say, if I can do it, anyone can.
From what I recall, loosen/remove both ramps, remove the upper playfield flipper, a couple of nuts and screws and boom, it's out.
Take your time. Do it once and do it great.
Remove both Ramps. Take pictures.
Clean and wax under mini-playfield. Change your leds in pop bumpers.
Shine this Mofo
It's the king!!
