NOTE:

This game isn't for pinside. This is for a market The Pinball Company feels they have a need for. Family friendly simple games for rec-room buyers with kids. This is NOT meant to be an "A" title.

ALSO NOTE:

Also this is not Spooky #3 -- this is a contract game for The Pinball Company.

You can now proceed to do what pinside does.

And I just have to throw in that the art looks f*cking fantastic.

Quoted from Concretehardt:

No playfield acuchaments?

With the market The Pinball Company is aiming at, I'm sure keeping costs down was a high priority.

Quoted from poppapin:

I agree, seems odd to do a cartoon theme from the 60's.

Enh, cartoons are cartoons. If you set a kid in front of a row of games like TWD, GOT, KISS, ACDC and there's a Jetsons in the mix, they'd probably go for the Jetsons first, even if they aren't familiar with it.

Quoted from PinMonk:

At least you've confirmed that toys to dress up the playfield ARE coming. It desperately needs some.
What's with the blurred section to the left of the pops, though?

Probably something that doesn't have final approval?

Quoted from Whysnow:

off topic but a GREAT idea! It seems that is what homepin is doing to help keep bringing money in. Only seems logical that Spooky could bring in additional funds by making some badly needed ramps for other games.

I wonder if rick got ramp molds in his gene haul.

Nice catch , they fixed it now
Looks nice but seems bit dull at the same time will see how it plays and hold interest long term

It's 'dull' by design. It's supposed to be simple and straight forward. To most hardcore pinball players/collectors, that will be boring. Oh well. Nick wanted the game made as is based on feedback he's gotten from his very large client base. Hopefully he didn't read that feedback wrong.

Quoted from dgoett:

100 production games made. 1 sent to Hanna-Barbara for approval that they keep and 1 development machine at Spooky and no more will be made.
Yes, the game is sorely lacking in the callout department. Custom voice callouts are in the neighborhood of $3k for EACH character and they won't allow voice imposters like Stern uses. They also will not allow ripped speech from episodes to be included in the game. Again - license restrictions hurt a final product. Last I heard from the boss man, he will pay for 1 character to act as a narrator similar to walking dead for the jackpot, , super jackpot, shoot here and here, and other similar callouts. I do not have a timeframe for when this might happen though. Out of my hands.
1 went to Japan and 6 went to somewhere in eastern Europe not too long ago.

If Nic is willing to pay for a single character, I'd recommend RUDI, George's work computer. He'd be a good fit for a narrator.
