I too am very interested in how this turns out. HH is a really fun game but I'm not a huge fan of the theme, so I have it as a re-theme project. The ramp is a sore spot of the game. Mine is mostly usable (broken at the outhole tab as many are). The Tee'd Off ramp looks like it could well be the same ramp with the center filled in. At $70ish for the TO ramp its not cheap, but given the HH ramp is unavailable at any price it may be a good fix.
