Jersey Jack, 2016I just acquired this fine pinball and many times when I hit the upper right lane and it shoots it over to the left rail, the little diverter pops up and diverts it right to the left drain lane. I mean a lot! Is it suppose to do that? Or is it malfunctioning?
and if you know of a thread that talks about this please forward to me. I could not find by searching.

What mode is started? I know some modes will raise the post down by the apron in the LEFT out-lane (or it used to anyways) to catch the ball with a strength meter on the display to time when to use the action button to let the kickback release the ball back into play
It is supposed to do that to start modes with the windlance which can be lit for added rewards. Is your kickback not working?

Thank you for replying. The only error is the #13 Matrix switch, Bilbo ramp enter. Me thinks that switch probably turns on the kickback? and if it's not working it's not turning on the kickback?
I'm fairly handy. Is that something I can switch out? and does Pinball Life or Marco carry it?
