I played it recently and I really liked it. I wouldn't mind one but I'll wait until they stop cranking cash grab special editions and secondary market prices fall.
I found it more fun than WOZ which was confusing to me and very cluttered. Both are beautiful machines although WOZ has more colors going on and seems a little prettier.
Gameplay wise Hobbit is fun and I didn't find it slow or floaty at all. It relies maybe a bit too heavily on the pop up targets as without them the playfield seems kind of empty.
I need more time with it but it's an impressive machine.
