Any help is appreciated. I recently moved houses and ever since The Hobbit has been acting up. First it was turning off mid game. Then it was turning off and on. Then tonight it turned on with no sound and eventually shut itself down and will not turn on at all. Please help as this is my kids favorite game and I’m already getting grief from them lol

OK so if I plug from the outlet directly into the switching power supply the whole game boots up however there is no volume if you press the volume control the volume comes on and then turns back off.
