There's a Portillos in Woodbury, MN! It's pretty good!
If you're in Western New York, go to Duff's forn the best wings... I miss them. 
There is one near Dallas, TX too for some reason. http://www.duffswings.com/ Of course any wing placenin WNY will be better than most places in the rest of the country.

If you want chicken wings, they look good, but they're not wings... Real wings are deep fried (ALWAYS!) and have hot sauce on them... (called Buffalo wings outside of WNY).
