Quoted from EJS:

It drains quite slow

Try this stuff. I had a drain hardly doing anything. Put this in it. Cleaned everything out. Best I've ever used.

It appears Chris was saying something profound when I took this.

My arm is stuck again. Put the camera down and help me.

Did you wedge it between a playfield and a cabinet?

Not me. The guy in your picture. His elbow is stuck. You might have to amputate his arm.

Quoted from EJS:

He’s a dentist he’ll be fine….that’s what he told me. I don’t believe him.

Dentists usually don't know much about amputations.

May as well get used to calling him "Righty" now.

I am just happy to be alive now.

I think of some of the things I lived through. Put me down on the lucky to be alive list.

I'm glad today is almost over.

Got up early. Hit the grocery store for a little food and a gift card to order some pinball parts. They didn't have what I needed for a gift card, so I have to get up early tomorrow and hit the post office.

Two hours after opening up I was going to microwave my breakfast. Microwave started buzzing very LOUD and had a light in it like arc welding, buzzing and arc light going on and off. I figured that was a bad sign.

Searched Craigslist and didn't find what I could use. Anything close I could buy new cheaper. Made a fast trip to Wendys for food.

I close at 10pm on Sunday. If I can sneak out early I could hit target. Otherwise Walmart closed at 11pm. So 9:45pm head to Walmart. Got just what the doctor ordered. Got back to work. Opened it up. Glass on the microwave door was broken. Crap.

Head back to Walmart with a few minutes to spare. Except returns closes three hours earlier. Manager was there. He took pity on me after I told him I just got it 30 minutes earlier. He said if they had an identical one with same UPC code, he'd let me swap it.

Lucked out. They had one. I set a land speed record back to the front. He took the bad one. I gave him a huge thank you. Headed to work.

Got the old one out. Cleaned the area. Got the new one in. Seems to work.

A few tech things to take care of and this day is over for me. Then I'll be happy.

A lot of farmers are probably happy tonight too.

Sadly, not many. The storms are spotty and not all over. Here in Hopkins, nothing.

I had a very happy moment a few minutes ago.

A father brings his son in, maybe 4 or 5 years old. Almost every day to play pinball. In particular Medieval Madness, remake and original.

Some how the kid got very interested in pinball recently, so his Father brought him in. Great kid.

Today he was telling me he saw inside a machine a Youtube.

So I asked him if he wanted to see inside one ? He did.

I had him stand back as I removed the glass on MMR and set it out of the way. Lifted the playfield and leaned back. Let him close for a good look.

Way better than Youtube.

It's funny how moments like this can make the long hours and years of work melt away and seem worthwhile and all is right with the world.

(and recently I had chest pains so bad that I thought I was dying, and a few minutes later and a few belches later I was ok again, and I was pretty happy when that pain was gone).

Happened to a friend of mine years ago.

Horrible chest pains, ended up going to a hospital. Once there they started going over his symptoms. And he ripped a huge fart. Then he was fine.

Except it cost him $700 to fart.

Quoted from JohnnyPinball007:

She is so afraid of thunder and lightning she pretty much just gets in a closet.

My ex was like that. Scared to death of thunder and lightening.

Once I was sleeping through a violent storm. She got up to close an upstairs window. Huge crack of lightening and thunder. I stirred and realized she wasn't in bed.

I got up and found her standing in the hallway. Looked like rigor mortise set in. I picked her up and carried her back into the bedroom and tucked her in. Closed the window she was after. Then went back to sleep.

1-2 times a week I do buy a Cash For Life ticket though, odds are a whole lot better, and cheap entertainment.

Good luck !

My almost 14 year old puppy Semper, who went from 30 to 22 pounds after refusing most food for 3 months is eating again and gaining weight! He is enjoying walks again! Wife has been feeding him better than me and I'm totally good with that.

Best Christmas present ever !

I'm happy. Having a great day.

Had a couple little kids in. They had a few quarters. Played a couple cheaper games. Before they left I gave them a couple credits on GNR. Told them one each, they had to share.

They hit the start button, monkey flipped away. One got his picture up.

No matter how hard you work. Seeing a kid having fun makes it all worthwhile.
