I had the same problem with mine, I used a stronger plunger return spring. Its been a while since I did it, but it took some time on finding and cutting down the spring to make it work. But since then it has been working flawless every time. If I knew what spring i used I would be sure to tell you, my suggestion is to try a few and if too strong cut it down in length.
