Maybe it’s just me but their songs all sound pretty similar to one another. Like Red Hot Chili Peppers. Can we please get a beastie boys / hip hop pin?!

Quoted from Gryszzz:There's only a handful of songs that can illicit tears. Home is one.
Dave Grohl is a songwriting fucking machine.
It’s not hard to churn them out when you use the same three cords for every song and just change up the chorus.

Haha not really I’m actually stoked for this one. Just not a huge Foo Fan in terms of music. It’s all radio play stuff I’ve heard 1000’s of times all played out for me tbh. Will be fun to flip I’m sure and the theme has me excited but FF sounds exactly the same to me on almost every song.
Give me beastie boys (or a hiphop pin) next or give me death. Rock pins are old hat let’s get something new.
Quoted from PantherCityPins:That’s great and I agree a Beastie pin would be cool however I don’t think making music that people enjoy and can sing along to is a bad thing.
My favorite band ever is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Their songs are very simple as well. I saw a documentary once where they asked Tom how he managed to write so many hit songs over the years. His answer was “Don’t bore us, get to the chorus.”
There’s room in the world for all sorts of music.
I’m excited for it myself and I “like” their music (probably not enough to purchase). for a true fan of the band a music pin is usually a purchase unseen (I know LZ was for me) and I think this one with just seeing the trailer will be a winner.
maybe a band that has so many easily digestible radio tracks will be the perfect BG audio for pinball but end of the day it all comes down to the PF and toys etc. for most of us and I’m hoping they deliver! The art on the trailer looked awesome I’m stoked.
Damn that looks really solid and fun. I like an open center like that and the upper playfield etc look really designed in a unique/ fun way. I had low expectations for jacks first cornerstone but looks like he smashed it out of the park.
Quoted from RA77:Loaded !
Nice work JD !

Only the LE gets expression lighting? Man that’s an automatic upgrade day one for pro and premium buyers if it’s synced like the other kits
Scooby was on my radar but this just bumped it down a space, this looks amazing, I hope it shoots as well as it looks and the code is tight (which I imagine it will be tight out of the box).
Other pins I’m looking at in the near future is the medieval madness remake, I’m all in on that and finally saved up for it but dang, it’s hard when you have the money ready to go and something like this drops. Decisions decisions…
Quoted from cooked71:Claims that Foo Fighters music is “rock for mums” must be true……
[quoted image]
Wife is a rock mom and loved Foo Fighter enough so so she wasn’t mad I suggested another pin..
Quoted from Spelunk71:I’ll add propriety replacement parts like node boards to the mix—especially for older Spike games. If Stern doesn’t get this done, or license it to someone else, we’re all going to be screwed in a few years.
Always been one of my biggest concerns about owning pins.. most seem to make stuff work but 20 years from now when something breaks am I screwed?
