What is value of non working firepower II? pf has normal wear. boards look clean. Game wont boot as it appears to be missing 5v....Selling for a friend. Game is in MD. He was thinking 400?

I'm gonna reflow ps board tonight. If anyone know which parts to replace on ps to get 5v working let me know link...thx!
