Quoted from Schwaggs:The bottoms appear to have been made by whatever paneling they could buy on the cheap. I've seen other pictures of brick patterned bottoms but never what you have...
That prop plate is not stock. Seems your game may be a movie or TV star! VERY cool! I would be preserving that provenance!
Hey all.
I have the same bottom on my Firepower
Also, I am a film and television prop master and I can attest that we do not tag assets this way. This is likely an operator inventory tag as mentioned.
Cheers!
This Flash thread has a guy stripping a playfield, if anyone is looking to convert their FP to drop targets. Flash is compatable
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/looking-for-1-flash-plastic
I have 2 full sets of FP plastics. Condition of one set is very nice. The other set I'll take a look at. Most likely sell as sets.
I won't be home until mid-week, but I can send pics of these to any interested party by next weekend. Shoot me a message if interested
I am looking for print files or a purchasable version for my Firepower cabinet labels.
ie. The service button decal, fuses, install 3 balls, and the rest of the warning etc
I'd prefer printing, but I'd be okay buying something like what flashinstinct sells for wpc
Thanks!

Looks like Ray at Action Pinball has them.

Pretty pricey, at $35-ish for everything. I need them all. Not sure of the quality either. Anyone try these?
Quoted from mrm_4:Im looking for a clear scan or a clear up close picture of that particular one
Ray has that too.

Quoted from Gorgar666:Could you send me this file? Thanks.
I just copied that image from flashinstincts FS ad. I don't have a file, sorry. If you find it, please send to me.
FP PF for a hardtop on the market. If someone wants it pm me an offer.

DIY coil wrapper's I made for Firepower. I'm linking here for any interested FP owners

Schematics say 6808/02
Firepowerpinball.com says 6806/02
What should go here and where can I get it?
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Slim supply, but here is the high priced option
https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/6808
Also, I believe you have a rotten dog cpu right? Just grab the original cpu's 6808 for free and use in your sound board
Quoted from keith20mm:Pawing through my Firepower parts I came across a baggie with four pop bumper caps.
Three of these, "normal", are as in the right side of the photo, the odd one is on the left.
Do any of you know the history on this all red, partly upside down, little freak of nature?

Quoted from pacman11:My right flipper lane change isn’t working. I found these two wires under playfield that came off. Where do these go? Thanks!
[quoted image]
Those go to your lane change switch. Of which, it appears you do not have one installed.
2F4F0CC2-6DD2-46DD-96BB-C002B6914A04 (resized).jpegI've sourced these new nylon spacers for the under the PF wire harness clips. I'm linking my thread here for any FP owners who may need these.
I don't see them available at the usually pinball suspects and running around big box stores and hardware stores for any quantity may be a lost effort.
Also, these are high quality.

Quoted from scampcamp:Do you put a spring on the flipper plunger? If so... which end does the wider side go?
Also... do you put the capacitor on the flipper assembly?
No sir. I use the updated WMS spring and bracket
For you, if you have the spring for plunger set up. The wide end goes to coil.
No capacitor on the flipper assembly. However, that is not the setup for the slings or pops
Quoted from pacman11:Fixed the diode was backwards.. lol
Nice work. Just for future reference, the non-banded anode side of the diode on a switch always goes to the white wire.
