In your shoes, I'd file a dispute with the credit card company. If I were the supplier, I'd make my decision based on your historic business, the true net loss of this order and the risk of damage to their brand should you decide to name them. You are assuming that the dispute with the credit card company will impact your future business, but that might not actually happen. IMO, no one supplier has a complete hold on the market.
