I’m in the process of decorating my home bar with a hodgepodge of beer signs, old photos and tiki stuff. One of my favorite mugs is Frankiestein from Frankie’s Tiki Room. Still available online if you want one:

Mine is this 1970’s Royal Hawaiian “Mai Tai.”
I always make a double. No better way to consume four shots of rum. However, a true Mai Tai wouldn’t include pineapple juice. I’d prefer to name it after a pin and call the drink a “Surf Champ.”
