I'm ready for the whole meta conversation about it to just go away. Let the mods do their job, send a PM to them if there's a problem, and let it go. The finger pointing noise is almost as annoying as the people who are purposefully trolling.

You know, it might really help some of the signal/noise ratio if the author of a thread was visible before you clicked through to it. Make it easier to spot the threads that are more likely just OT or jokes.
