Hey everyone i'm working on my 1963 united sabre ball bowler and ran into a snag. @mopar has been helping me out a ton with some needed parts but I am missing 5 of the round pins that hold the actual pins on and 3 others are missing the tiny hairpin clips and he doesn't have any extras. Is there any chance anyone on here has any of these they would be willing to part with? I need a total of 5 pins and 8 of the tiny hairpin clips. Thanks guys, Bill.

I checked them but It seemed like those weren't small enough. I will double check though thank you.

Quoted from MarkG:

Could you make pins with rivets, or short pieces of steel rod or maybe even a thick coat hanger? Pieces of a snug fitting hose, heat shrink tubing or hot glue might work as end caps.
/Mark

Yeah thats definitely a good idea and if need be I will investigate going that route. My problem is that i'm totalky OCD and it will drive me crazy not being able to put it back the way it's supposed to be. However, I will do what I have to do to get it put back together and fullufunctional.

Quoted from newmantjn:

Maybe go with drill rod and put a hairpin or cotter pin on each side?
https://www.mcmaster.com/drill-rods

Definitely another great idea and another I will have to look at if I can't find the original stuff.

Picked up a fun new toy that I will be getting to in a few months. It's a1973 Midway Duck Hunt and 2 things I need right off the bat is a coin door as this one isn't salvageable at all. The 2nd thing I need is the little round glass piece that focuses the light that goes at the end of the gun barrel. If anyone has a lead on these or has 1 please send me a pm. Thanks.

Quoted from edward472:

Good luck on the piece of glass. Very hard to find!! Check with flippers.com. That has some for a Chicago Coin. Might have a Midway one

Yeah I figured that would probably be a little challenging to find but I'm not starting on this project for a few months anyway so at least this will give me time to maybe track one down. Maybe I will place a Marketplace wanted ad for the coin door and that Glass Lens piece not really sure what the technical name is for it though does anybody know?

Anyone have an extra one of these pin reset motor switches? The bottom leaf that has the riveted on piece that rides the wheel has broken off. The previous owners just bent the hell outta the switch to make it function. You can see in the pic the bottom leaf is broken off.

I'm looking for 2 coin chutes for a Midway coin door off a 1973 Duck Hunt. Heres a pic of 1 thats on here but somehow it was busted by previous owner and is taped together. I picked up a new to me coin door but it didn't have those 2 coin chutes.

Anyone in here happen to have an extra 6ft section of wire harness for a united ball bowler? I'm in the process of finishing up my conversion of an end piece of lane section into a center lane addition to extend my bowler and need the wiring harness to connect the pieces. I will just build the harness if I have to just would rather have an original if possible. Current one has 10 wires but the number of wires isn't really important as long as there are at least 10 plug holes in the connector. Forgot to take pics of it but if you've got anything that you think may work please pm me. Thanks

Hello i'm in the middle of my 1973 Midway Duck Hunt project and still cannot locate a couple of parts. Hoping that someone in here has these last 3 coin door parts I need. I have 1 coin chute but it is taped together otherwise it would fall apart. Ideally someone has 2 they would part with otherwise I would be elated with just the 1 i'm missing. 2nd thing i'm missing is the bracket that holds on the slam switch as i'm actually missing the whole slam switch also. Final thing is the bracket that holds on the coin drop switch. Please send me a pm if you have any of these parts that I am in need of. Not looking for a free handout either just really need to find these parts and cross this coin door off the list. Thanks for any help, Bill.

Looking for 1 or 2 for a spare but especially 1 of these nylon couplers for a Midway Duck Hunt shooter game. This is the nylon coupler that connects the motor shaft to the shaft that drives the score reels. One of broke and I cannot find any of these for sale anywhere.
