Quoted from insight75:

How about a 50s Gottlieb woodrail coin door hinge? Anyone got one kicking around or know where I can get one? Will be about 5 1/2 inches long.....

I think I might have one, let me see if I kept it when I dismantled an old 1957 gottlieb cabinet. You say it’s about 5 inches?

Quoted from Robo1:

Looks like I will be needing a score reel unit for a 63 Gottlieb. Do any of you gentlemen happen to have one? I have sent a few machines to a local game museum and got a message today that it's burnt I am hoping it's just the coil and metal score reel but I think it would be good just to have the whole unit......
Thanks!
Rob

I have score reels from a 1961 gottlieb, it’s the same as my 62 gottlieb...If 63 is the same as 61- then I have one.

Here are the 2 I have, a few of the numbers have flaked some, I have a third, but flaking on that one is substantial.

Anyone have a bell assembly bracket? I have a 3 inch bell where the bracket broke off that holds the bell shell. I know PBR sells the whole setup but I figured I’d ask here first. Thanks

I’m sure I have one, but I’m away from home working until this Friday.

Quoted from Coyote:

I'm looking for a mid-70's EM Williams Coinbox. Thre metal with handle version. Extra bonus points if it comes with the inner separator trays.
Am also looking for the LARGE arrow inserts (2 of them) that are in a Jubilee / Darling playfield under the captured balls. Can be in poor condition, cupped, etc - as long as they're whole and not cracked.
Thanks guys!

What’s the coin box look like, dimensions?
I have 2 coin boxes- one sort of lost and I sometimes trip over my other one, reason I ask is I know one of them came from my Williams straight flush machine I let go about a year back.

#7810 2 years ago
Quoted from Coyote:

The coin box ("cash box" as referred to in the parts catalog, looks like: https://pinwiki.com/wiki/images/d/d6/Coinbox-williams-wire-handle-1.jpg
It's pretty much a metal version of the black plastic ones in use today.
Then there were plastic bin inserts, that looked like: https://pinwiki.com/wiki/images/d/d5/Williams-sys-coinbox-4.jpg
The small bins IN the metal box.
In the end, I need two small and one meduim, but at the moment, since I have nothing, I'll take whatever anyone can throw my way.

This is the one that’s sort of lost- if you saw my storage shed, you would know what I’m talking about- I’ll be on the lookout for it.

Quoted from Geofflove:

I have 2 Williams machines, Doodlebug and Soccer, both have the 3 inch bells missing from the match units. I don't need any mechanisms just the bells them self. Anyone have any lurking around to sell? Or any bright ideas where to source a modern day version on something?
Just to add to the fun I'm in the UK - happy to pay postage though.
Thanks

I know I have at least 1 three inch bell from an early 60’s gottlieb machine, might even have 2?

Does anyone have a left slingshot plastic for a bow and arrow machine?

#7997 2 years ago

I have at least 4 in good shape- gottlieb metal score reels.
I’ll dig them up, and post some pics in a few hours.

#7998 2 years ago

The numbers are good on all five reels, the 3 on the left are in better condition, they all seem to have light pitting on the paint around the 2 through 4- makes me think the hot bulbs all those years back in the day…shining on those areas?

I'm looking for the back panel for my Old Chicago. This is my first EM, so I'm not sure if I'm missing any associated brackets as well.
[quoted image]

Wouldn’t your back door have the same dimensions, like my back door on a Bow and Arrow machine from 1975? How about making a back door out of plywood, heck you can paint it silver and use that until you track down an original…Just a suggestion.

I can give you the dimensions of my back door if you go that route.

I am in need of a tens score reel nylon ratchet part that attaches to the solenoid for a ‘65 Gottlieb Buckaroo. Any one have this? TIA</blockquote

Is the Buckaroo still using the rat trap score reels? I’ll have that part if it does.

#8271 2 years ago

Here it is, the 61 flying circus I had (still have most of it) someone years ago- put it into a 1957 gottlieb cabinet- so I think things like this shooter rod, might be from that 1957 cabinet…Some of you old hands would know better than me.

Quoted from CactusJack:

Got a friend looking for a complete cash box for his Volley. If any one has one they want to part with, let me know. Doesn't have to be nice and shinny, just shouldn't look like it was unearthed from the local dinosaur diggings.

I have 5 cash boxes, but don’t know what’s what- some came from a few pins I no longer have and one came from my Buccaneer, that one should work?
Let me know what it looks like- or dimensions.

Quoted from pinhead52:

pbr will sell you equivalents but if you really want the R20-5 (9735 general coil) I can probably dig up a couple.

Yes please, I have the equivalent already, and these need to be modified to make them work proper, many thanks in advance if you can find 2 of them.

#10068 5 months ago
Quoted from Drain1:

Just curious, are you replacing those pictured?

No- those are fine- it’s player 1 that’s roasted, and I want 1 spare.

#10069 5 months ago
Quoted from o-din:

This is some of it, but there's more. I'm digging out some parts that have already been requested.[quoted image]

I haven’t had a Williams machine in 3 years, but I’m picking up my eager beaver I bought 2 months ago, think I might be hitting you up for coils- it’s an early 60’s machine, I’m more familiar with gottlieb now- did Williams stick with a lot of the same coils in the 60’s and 70’s?

#10071 5 months ago

Excellent- I’ll get a list of parts in the coming weeks- thx

#10073 5 months ago

sorry, struck out. I have 9735s in the old form factor but no R20-5s

Thanks for trying

Looking for coin mechs- I owned a machine that took the same mechs that I’m looking for, and never really gave it a thought- it’s a Williams eager beaver 1964, I believe they used the same ones for a few years at least….I had a Williams full house, I hear they can be trouble, the way there designed.
I’ll take the whole door if someone has one intact.
