Make a temp back door out of rigid foam insulation, foil backed. Easy to cut.
Re route that power cord thru the slot in the pedestal.
Quoted from pinhead52:Ok anybody have pieces to a 70s bally score motor? I need either a 4 bump Bakelite disk or the more common 5 bump disk
Disks actually have 2x bumps due to 180 degree per cycle etc.
REM has the whole score motor for $125 but thats a little rich...[quoted image]
I have such a score motor for parts, will check for 4 or 5 cam bumps per 180 degrees.

Quoted from packie1:Hello All:
I am just now starting a restoration of a 1966 Midway Gun Game "Captain Kidd". Right off I see that the motor windings for the countdown timer are toast. The windings that control points is working fine. I am in need of either a repair outfit that will replace the windings or I need to see about finding a old replacement. Any Ideas?
Thanks
Mike

Can we get some numbers off the motor frame. Voltage, RPM, and spec. I got a big box of old motors that might match up.
Quoted from megoman:Looking for 2 Chicago Coin mid 1970’s score reels (for Cinema game). Really need the plastic arms with metal contacts if you happen to have those instead.
Thanks
Is this what you need?
20211202_143920 (resized).jpgQuoted from MikeO:You can remove and rerivet the wipers on the arms offered. Yes, it would be less work to find the exact match.
Yes, and I have 24 of these, they came off a shuffle bowler. Would help to see the backside of yours.
Quoted from Jets_1479:I am looking for a Chicago coin operating lever found in score reel assemblies from the early sixties that I am aware of.
Just needing 1. [quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Jets...check this out. Looks smaller.

Tried PBR and they did not have that switch.
Thanks,

Loosen the stack screws a few turns.
Separate the wafers with a knife blade.
Slip this alongside the blade with the broken tabs. Tighten screws, solder on wire.
How many do you need?
Quoted from mrm_4:Looking for a S-27 500 relay coil off a Williams if anyone has any spares
[quoted image]
I have a crap load of them, pm me your address.

Just to add to the coil "coil needed search", I have drawers full of used/obscure/old coils that I will likely never need and do not want to die with.
These are often free......NOT for your back stock but needed to get a game up and running please. Many old and unmarked, happy to search by dimensions and ohms. Tons of other parts too...use this great thread and ask. Someday I might need something.

File or grind the tip of that shooter rod. Get that mushroom off. Left alone it will tear up a new shooter tip in no time, especially if it is not striking the ball on center. As others said, loosen the whole shooter assy from the inside and slide it sideways as needed. Beware, the PF likely has some side to side wiggle room in the cabinet and change the shooter/ball alignment every time you lower the PF.
Quoted from DropTarget:Hi All,
Does anyone have spare wipers for the small Chicago Coin score reels? I'm in need of a few. I was able to repair the one pictured, but need others.

I seem to have plenty of these. You will have to move swap the wipers around.

I have at least 25 of these, red. Do you still need them?

Anybody happen to have an extra coin plate they could part with? Off of a 1965 Williams Ski Club.
Used on that drop front, large door, large coin mech found in 1965 and 1966. May be interested in more parts off that door, or the whole thing. Do not care what coin(s) it says it needs.

(similar to PRB light cylinder that are out of stock https://www.pbresource.com/plastic/gtb-double.jpg )
And also looking for decals for the roto unit (PBR out - no plans to redo them)
thanks
Mike[quoted image][quoted image]
Will any of these help?
The beehive is yellow, sorry.
Need a pair of another color and shape?
Quoted from j_m_:picked up a gottlieb stage door canteen as a project. looking for the following as seen in the photo:
(2) of the large diamond-shaped rubber posts
(4) of the smaller diamond-shaped rubber posts
[quoted image]
I have 2 large ones that are still usable, but as seen, those smaller ones look like someone left them out in the sun for a couple of years
I likely have what you need. Need time to dig them out. Stand by.

This is some of what I have, they are your size, but will have to be cleaned up.
The parts are free, you cover shipping.
PM me your address.

Quoted from hjh632:I'm looking for a 5¢ coin slide for a 1933 Birmingham Vending Company pinball game. I don't know the make since the entire coin mech is missing, but can adapt ANY nickel coin mech to a new wooden coin door I'm making. Something like in the included photo. Thanks, Henry.

Stand by, will post a pic of what I got.
Not to insult, but you are certain you need a nickel slide? I thought most from that era were a penny.

Sorry, just checked your pics, and I see the score card, nickel it is.
Quoted from hjh632:I've been through Richmond. My brother went to UVM back in the 60's.
And nothing has changed. Check these out. Clearly not from your era of game, as it has a last coin played view, and a free play lever on the underside, but it is nickel denom. and it works.
