You may want to contact Mayfair Amusements . They had a booth at Pintastic and had a barrel full of older caps like that.

Quoted from Lermods:Anyone able to get in touch with bgrestore lately? Looking for a sample Atlantis backglass. Sent them a couple of emails through their site, but no response...yet.
Try again on e-mail. He can be difficult to get thru to BUT well worth the effort.
Quoted from jdapolito:need parts for a midway rifle range
Check on E-bay.
OldTomCat selling lots of motors.
I have not purchased anything from him but I did speak with him over the phone.
He was an op and has a warehouse full of parts he is selling off.
If you know the part # google it and see if he comes up.
Quoted from Chloro:Are these individual contact fingers available?
Is that a Chicago Coin ?
If so they will be difficult to find.
I have purchased entire score reel units and pieced and parted what I needed over the years.
The is a Chicago Coin Club thread on Pinside. Maybe someone has them over there.
Quoted from Chloro:It is indeed a Chicago Coin, Soundstage.
I have a Sound Stage myself. It is the second one I have owned.
I also had a Hollywood.
Simple but fun games.
Quoted from boilerman:i just use 3 of these
The remote control part is cool.
I use a power strip that is long enough to come out to the front of the machine.
I also turn the machine off by the switch in the cabinet.
I am kind of paranoid about lightning strikes and surges so the redundant shut off makes me feel better.
Quoted from John_I:I make one out of 5/8 plywood.
Me too.
Quick and easy. Much quieter.
Its not a pin but it is em and a Williams.
Looking for an amp for a Williams Music Mite.
Or, if someone has an RCA RP168 with the amp in it I would take that.
I never knew.....
I looked up the one I needed and stopped there.
I also contacted PBR but nothing.
Thanks for the heads up.

Quoted from PinballAir:Hi guys, I need a 3/4" wire form for a gottlieb. If some has one from any game I will take it.
THANK YOU BOILERMAN!
I received it today.
I believe I need a coil stop.
The one on the right has some material in between the steel and copper.
The one on the left moves in and out.

Quoted from bob_e:Gottlieb playfield plastics Big Indian - Big Brave
That target over the drops is always broken. PBR sells the set.
I am sorry, I just sold my big brave after 10 years and I let the old plastics go with it.
I had the sling plastics intact....
I bought the repos because the one over the drops was broken and poorly repaired.
Good Morning and Merry Christmas to all.
I got this Jacks to Open paperwork inside a Chicago Coin Hollywood or Sound Stage a while back.
There are 2 schematics and some of the other original paperwork. It is probably not the complete package.
If you have the game and need the paperwork send me a PM and I will mail it out to you.
Quoted from singlezero:that plastic cog looks ridiculously familiar
I needed that same cog for my 1956 Williams Cross Fire and Steve at PBR sold me a used Gottlieb one.
Quoted from illawarra92:looking for the left and right side to the backglass frame
Doesn't home crapo sell that or something very close to that by the foot?
Quoted from illawarra92:i am in australia and our large chain of hardware and timber doesn't
I am so sorry.
I missed your location.
While it might be possible to make that with a router/ router table it would be time consuming.
Good luck with your search.
Quoted from dr_nybble:Looking for a play counter for a 1954 Williams Spitfire
In restoring a 1956 rifle game I used a 48v relay ( coil voltage) and a 120v play counter. I believe I wired it into the coin switch and used that pulse to pull in the relay and make the counter. The 120v was fused off of line voltage.
It is probably more work than what it is worth but I was doing some major wiring on the game anyway.
I got the relay from Grainger with the terminal base and mounted it and some other relays on a din rail.
Quoted from MikeO:Good to know. That "Steve" guy is OK in my book.
If you get past the first impression he is a wealth of information and has some of the most obscure parts when you need them.
He is ok in my book as well.
I have found the metal coil mechs fit into almost anything. They have the pins on the ends that can be relocated to accommodate fitting into most pins. The plastic ones ( Like Monex) can be more specific because the pin locations are fixed. If you get one with all the pins on it, you can always cut off the ones that conflict with the installation.
You have to use a coin mech for the coin you wish to use. Dime, Nickle , quarter and all of the different token sizes. Some token mechs will also accept quarters.
Quoted from AlexF:Pull the mech board and see what treasure
I have always referred to the stuff in the bottom cabinet as treasure.
I always look for the bits and pieces of the broken plastics to see if I can repair the ones I have in the game.
Quoted from pinhead52:Im looking for pieces to the GTB 2p game call Mini Cycle
Check the Projects thread there is one for sale.
Quoted from Toyguy:Here’s the match unit. Note the broken armature plate and missing ratchet pawl.

I found that the sights on my cc twin rifle were Remington rifle parts. I believe the trigger and guard may be as well. Go to any gun site and look at Remington stuff.
Quoted from Nate:Looking for a pneumatic damping cylinder
A similar device was used on 1950s RCA RP-XXX record players to dampen tone arm movement. They were about 1/2" in diameter and about 1 1/2" long. I cannot remember how they are mounted.
I may be able to find a picture of one if you come up empty looking for one.
Cliff
Quoted from Nate:The Damper isn't really a shock absorber.
Like I said, phonographs use these air cylinders to smooth out the drop on the tone arm.
Same principal, the arm is moved and the air is in the cylinder, then the weight of the extended arm pushes the air out of the cylinder so the arm drops at a constant and smooth rate.
If you cannot find what you are looking for there has to be more than one type used on phonograghs of the period or into the 1940s. The one that I am familiar with is on the RCA RP-168 and RP-190.
Definitely smaller in size but same concept.
Cliff
I found that on my computer the pdf file prints the wrong size.
I use the doc.x file and fool with the size until it is correct out of the printer.
Quoted from John_In_WI:Looking for Bally L-248 relay actuators. Not sure how long they used this specific part but the machine it's for is a late 50's model.
I do not have that one with the slots all the way across but I do have some of these.
100_3923 (resized).JPGThose clips are usually in the hardware section in the drawers at home crapo. You may have better luck at a real hardware store or aubuchon which carry Midwestern Fasteners. Also in the drawers in the hardware aisle.

Quoted from EM-PINMAN:Here you go:
I have purchased that for my SM.
Improved design and worth the money.
I have found flippers.com to be pricey as well but sometimes you have no choice.
I do not remember being upset by the cost of the part and i am ALWAYS upset by shipping and "handling" at all the vendors so if it was high I would have just mumbled under my breath a few choice works that would be inappropriate here.
Quoted from psd4me:Picked up a Williams Fast Ball it's missing some of the bat mech parts.
Check with SteveinTexas on pinside. He is everything Williams pitch and bat.
Also look at Flippers.com. John is a Great guy to deal with.
I found lots of parts at Allentown when I had my pitch and bat. Shows are a good source of used and NOS parts if you know what you are looking for.
I gave the new owner of my pitch and bat most of the parts I had.
The only thing I think I have is a NOS pitch motor.
Quoted from SadSack:I'd give it all away.
I have given away parts over the years and paid thru the nose to buy parts.
I have also had parts sent to me free of charge.
I am always grateful when I get something cheap.
If I pay too much, it must be something I really need.
In the end I like to think it all evens out.
Either way, its a hobby.
When that stupid nothing that I paid too much for shows up, I am still happy I have it!
Quoted from wayner:No success in procuring a replacement damper cup
I love shit like that.
What a great idea and the finished product is fabulous.
I am rescuing a 1975 Chicago Coin Olympics. I am looking for the outhole switch with the arm. Or just the arm. Hell, I will take something close... It looks like the playfield crashed onto the cabinet, the arm fell off and then got lost. I have tipped the cabinet on both ends and no treasure came out from under the bottom board.
100_4073 (resized).JPG100_4072 (resized).JPG100_4074 (resized).JPGAnyone have a Chicago Coin K-28-1200 they would part with?
PBR does not offer a substitute though their website says they do.
I emailed pbr about a chicago coin coil. Site said they could substitute. They replied they had nothing for me.
I went to marco and a cross popped up. That cross is in stock at pbr.
I always go to pbr first but i do not think jimmy digs very deep. They go for (as i would) the low hanging fruit.
In the end i got a coil and other cc parts from Neil in NJ.
Pinup: you are correct on the branding on the rifle butts. Crossfire had an "M" and my cc twin rifle has "R" for remington
If you cant find one you could weld that one.
You probably will not get much here but also try chicago coin thread.
I think your idea was awesome.
I love that: hmmmm what do I have lying around......and how can i use a tool i have to make it into what i need......
One of my favorite parts pf the hobby.
A fine job.
Steve young has all kinds of stuff if you can get him on the phone.
Jimmy is very good about turning around parts from email but i dont think he has the knowledge of their inventory that steve does.
#racingpin if you cant find what you need send me a pm. I might have one . If not i will hook you up with a guy in jersey who i buy ccm parts from.
You can also check with pinballusa in wildamar california. Rick has ccm parts
From Mr Pinball Classifieds
Selling electromechanical pinball and arcade parts

I have purchased ccm parts from him.
If Rick doesnt have what you need, i have Neil Nagy's contact info as well. I recently purchased a ccm pop bumper assembly from him.
I have one metal one left and a nylon one.
PM me and i will send the metal one to you next week.
There is a note i put in with it that i bought it from johns jukes if anyone else is looking for one.
The pin often snaps off on these.

I always solder a male / female jumper wire on the credit unit. I label it as "free play" and show it to the buyers of my ems.
They are always set up for coin op as well.
The buyer can then choose which way they would rather go.
I do not agree with those who bend the switch to always make contact. Newbs cannot find it and do not know how to change it if they did.
I also do not like new buttons drilled into a unit.
I will look for the bally switch actuator.
In a pinch i have made them using laminate ( aka formica) and a dremel cut off tool.
Since only one side is burned, can you just invert it?
It looks like there is only one switch stack using only one side and that side is burned.
Do any of the vendors sell the steel hex nuts for plastics that have the colored plastic top.
On Olympics, the plastics are held in place by a steel # 6 nut that looks like a nylon lock nut. The hole at the top is closed up by plastic and on this game, the plastic "filler" is yellow.
I have one that is missing.
I am getting ready to place an order but i do not know how to describe this to search it out.
Thanks Cliff
Its the middle ones with the blue but the one in my game is yellow.
Thanks for offering.
I have the blue ones as well, i am not afraid to painting a blue one yellow to match if i cannot find yellow.
Any idea what they are called?
Thanks again!
I have got to ask, did they play it that much to bring it down to the wood or did something else happen to it?
Quoted from Coyote:need two SW-11-30 assemblies.
Just out of curiosity: what do they fit?
I have some old ones but need a reference.
Hmmmm, i should do that too.
I usually give it the, "well that one bends hard or that one bends easy".
I always have all 3 flavors in stock, with lifters and contact points.
I will look tonight. If i dont have more of them, the OP i sent them to could not use them. Maybe he still has them.
Quoted from Jets_1479:Does anybody know where one can find the stylus tips for EM gun games? Specifically Chicago coin, game is rifle gallery.
Flippers.com
Johns Jukes
John is a great guy. You can find him posting on RGP. You can contact him at his website. His prices can be higher but sometimes he is the only game in town.
HINT: if you have the manual and know a part number for something you are looking for, just google the part number. There is nothing to lose and many times you will find out who might be selling one.
You may want to specify if it is the edge connector style or the soldered wire style and size of drum.
A very similar light effect is the home run fireworks on line drive and upper deck p&b.
That should be easier to find.
Quoted from Charles_Kline:I’ve got it taped for now but if anyone comes across that piece let me know.
Thats a good candidate for a lexan plastic protector. You can make it yourself and it will support the cracked plastic and protect it at the same time.
(If you cannot find one)
John at flippers.com can be pricey but sometimes he is the only one who has what you need.
Nice guy to deal with as well.
D'oh.
That sucks.
There may be other amplifiers from that era that might work.
At that time there was one company that made a lot of the sound boards for the different coin op companies.
That company was URL.
Tom beauregard wrote a pamphlet on them and it had info on those boards on RGP.
I had a set in my upper deck.
It had a steel base with edge connector boards and a transformer mounted at the end of the steel base.
I am looking at the pics on my phone, but with the rear view and a clear pic of the components, you could build one.
Quoted from Stevie-D:MH@pinsiders pics of the Buckaroo tens score reel ratchet
I believe i bought some used ones from Steve at pbr.
I also believe i got some new ones from john at flippers.com
Quoted from B1ffB0ff:HI, looking for a few items Chicago Coin Rodeo rifle game
Check with Johns jukes. Flippers.com
Almost any small body 8 track player from ebay will work
Quoted from Pin-Pilot:Looking for part #A-7563-1 (could also be #A-7563)
Flippers.com Johns jukes sells that assembly for $34
I have purchased it for SM and it works great.
