If you could still use the drop on Monday, repost or shoot me a PM.
I'm pretty busy right through the weekend, but I know I have a Star
Action playfield around someplace. If the drop's there, it'll be yours..

Thanks!

Quoted from DCRand:

Can I buy a new Time Zone upper ball guide, have this one chromed, or could I use chrome paint?

OK, not going to replate my top arch, found a pretty good metal look paint and will make that do for now. But if anyone has, or can steer me to someone who might have this 70's era silver top arch plate, please let me know.

Thanks,

I need... a 70's shooter gauge... I could redo one of my webbed gauges but TPF is around the corner and I need a non webbed gauge for a showcase JetSpin

Thanks

Thanks,

Just get some mothers mag polish at the auto parts store and polish it with that.

It will clean up real nice. You don’t see much of it when installed but the mothers will polish the front edge and clean it up nice to give you the reflection from the lamps you want.

Thanks, that was original plan. But the plating is coming off so was showing silver and copper color right on the top front edge. Trying the painting now, will probably be ok, but not great.

None of these are perfect. Is one good enough?

I am so sorry.
I missed your location.

While it might be possible to make that with a router/ router table it would be time consuming.
Good luck with your search.

#3919 1 year ago

illawarra92,
any competent woodworker can make that or something extremely close to it with a router table and bead bit. maybe find someone that knows what they're doing with a router table and you buy the bit.

I am looking for the stepper piece of the ball count unit (the part with the snowshoes) for a Gottlieb Pro Football. I think the stepper from a any single-player machine of that era would work. The first picture is what I am looking for, and the second is the homemade piece that I have now that needs replacing. Willing to take the whole stepper unit if you don't want to split it up.

To the thread,

Checking if anyone has a lockdown bar for a Bally Mad World, 1964. It looks like the Williams type (think Big Daddy), straight bar with "wings". Top of bar has two coin slots, 10 cents and 25 cents.

Appreciate the help.

I have one but the latch pins are broken off. These would probably do the trick though.

Thanks to the restored Quick Draw backglass I bought From John in NC recently, I have an original Quick Draw backglass for sale.

Some flaking as shown. Also would work as a cool piece of wall art for your arcade.

I’m asking $85 OBO, plus shipping.

I just tore down a Captain Card playfield and it's missing a 3" lane guide (one side cut off).

I'd like to get a used one that will blend with the other lane guides and playfield posts on this game. (PBR's are a bright white and I don't care for the new color).

Hoov - No dice, looks like I reused the old yellowed ones on my High hand, all I have in my parts stash is a pair of old 1-1/2" lane guides. Sorry!

Looking for a play counter for a 1954 Williams Spitfire which runs on 50VAC.

Anyone know of a replacement? Most I saw run at 24VAC or 115VAC.

Found this one: http://www.precisionsales.com/counter-timer-ratemeter/keppdf/KE610.pdf

Haven't checked if they have a minimum order number.

Quoted from dr_nybble:

Looking for a play counter for a 1954 Williams Spitfire

In restoring a 1956 rifle game I used a 48v relay ( coil voltage) and a 120v play counter. I believe I wired it into the coin switch and used that pulse to pull in the relay and make the counter. The 120v was fused off of line voltage.

It is probably more work than what it is worth but I was doing some major wiring on the game anyway.
I got the relay from Grainger with the terminal base and mounted it and some other relays on a din rail.

I’m looking for a coin door to replace the bent up one that’s on my Gottlieb Atlantis. Doesn’t have to look pretty, as long as it’s not seriously damaged.
