Looking for a Stepper Unit Cog for the Credit Reel on a Bally Freedom (or any other Bally E.M. that the same part would work on the Freedom)

#1802 8 years ago

Looking for two original (i know PBR sells repros) Gottlieb two slot coin bezels for 1968 to 1975 games.

I have nice three slot bezels for trade or will purchase outright.

Anyone need any parts from this old wood rail? Just wanting to keep the playfield, so everything else is up for grabs. I don't have the head or legs for it.
1947 Williams Amber

I may. I still need to tear into my 1948 Speed Way and see what's up. They used some pretty unique pop bumper parts back then and this one has a few.

Don't throw anything out just yet. Please.

You bet. Don't plan on throwing anything away

Is that a retro flipper kit? It reminds me of this: bozeman.craigslist.org link

I like it when you look up Amber on ipdb. It says the theme is Girls-Women. Pinball needs to get back to the basics.

I am in need of a 1975 era Gottlieb total play counter for Top Score. Doesn't matter how many plays are on it, less is better but anything is good. Mine won't advance because the plastic pawl is broken.

#1809 8 years ago

1974 DeltaQueen (or anyone else),

I received the parts that were needed for my CC Beatniks, however one part was a different style than what my machine needs.
Does anyone have a CC score reel arm/plunger assembly.

I'm attaching two pics, the 1st is what I need (except that it's missing the plunger), the 2nd is what was sent.

Thank you,

Looks like there is a 3rd style. Mine don't match either of those pictures.

I'd like to find an original painted coin door for Ali Baba. The game is in great shape but came with a door off a different game. I don't need the mechs, just the door. Thanks!

I found two other styles in my parts box!

#1816 8 years ago

Anyone got any pitch and bat parts? I need a red plastic pitching button for a 1962 United Bonus Baseball. I think United and Williams used the same one for several years. I need a plastic one, not a metal one. The metal ones have too long of a shaft.

Thanks,

#1817 8 years ago

The game on IPDB has metal buttons?

#1818 8 years ago

Alright then - nice catch!

I need either one red plastic button, or two rounded edge metal buttons. The concave metal buttons are too long. I'll accept either solution to get this complete. It won't be 100% correct anyway, the 1970's style dinette legs were missing, so I had to convert the front to normal pinball legs.

Anyone have a lead on a coin drop for a Midway Deluxe Shooting Gallery? A friend is restoring one and his coin drop went missing at the platers.

Pretty sure I have one as well, from a Gottlieb Sky Jump. PM if interested. I'm out of town for a few days but will check back sporadically.

Pulled a bonehead move and Misplaced a couple mid 70's Gottlieb L-Brackets that attach to the Backbox that keeps the Backglass from falling backwards. Anyone got a couple from a parted out game they want to sell? I'll take the screws if you have them too.

TIA,

Ken

Speaking of that "L" bracket, what are you guys using on the front side instead of that crappy foam that Gottlieb used?

Well, he's certainly helped resurrect my High Hand! Thanks pinhead52! The machine is pretty much complete now, and showing a lot of signs of life, though everything's stuck apart from the score motor. I should post a thread about it really.

#1832 8 years ago

Never mind, I have a bottom board to a KoD I can steal from

i guess you gave up trying to find A head for that kod and retired it to the parts pile?

The bottom cab came in 6 pieces, 4 loose sides, the bottom board with the slats attached and the bottom. pf is totally trashed, would need a Herb Silvers overlay... So yea its on the shelf. i wont strip the bottom board for another year before declaring a total writeoff. It does have three half moon coin chutes . Also need a tilt bob and wire for NS, will borrow that off of the KoD carcass.

SB relay installed and working. Had to detach door harness, have a jammed door to figure out but the game starts up and plays.

I must say I did a nice job on the webbing

thanks, i like the silver also but they only used it on a small number of machines.
off the top of my head i think i painted 17 this year, far more than i had planned on.

#1841 8 years ago

here is a good example of how much webbing is removed over the years compared to when applied
this was under the surf side side rail.

What's the secret technique?

#1843 8 years ago
Quoted from RyanClaytor:

What's the secret technique?

If we tell YOU you must promise never to tell anyone else

My technique is to spray the Krylon can stuff into a HF touchup sprayer and the cut it 50% with lac thinner, a little trial and error is needed. You can get it pretty fine. And maybe 60 lbs on the compressor.

use the same stuff as pinhead but i don't thin it as much
thicker 70's webbing -- 2oz paint thimble of thinner- test add a little more if needed ---40 to 50 psi
thinner 60's webbing -- 2oz paint 4 thimble of thinner - test add a little more if needed-- 50 to 60 psi

no problem, just get a few extra cans of paint and practice on cardboard until you get the hang of it.
NOTE krylon just renamed those 4oz cans of webbing to marbleizing spray. i did not see the silver only had it in black and gold but web site shows silver

I am looking for the coin slot housing for a southland engineering little pro. Any denomination will be fine. They used these on some kiddie rides also. If you have anything similar, please PM me.
