That was my brother's game at York a few years ago. The "Sky Line" was mine, and the Heat Wave" to the right was brought by John Patterson.

well at least we all have Frank's phone number now.
Quoted from DropTarget:well at least we all have Frank's phone number now.
He did sell the game though.
Quoted from undrdog:Was thinking of that.
Use the laydown sockets and bend the tab flat, a lot sturdier then the staple sockets.
Quoted from pinhead52:Use the laydown sockets
Thanks for the tip! I’ve got a bag of them.

You might try led pcbs https://www.pinballlife.com/classic-bally-stern-insert-led-pcb.html. Cheaper than new sockets..
Just as Yopsickles are not well suited for light boards behind the backglass, I don’t think they’d shine up far enough for this.
I’ve got new sockets and don’t expect incandescents to be a problem with them. I’m still new at this, but I suspect that folks who have problems with incandescents keep tinkering with old sockets.

know i can make them but would like the originals[quoted image][quoted image]
I have these pm me.
Quoted from undrdog:Nasty old lightbar replaced with new sockets.
And I finally got to use my new electric stapler .

Those werent laydown but close enough... use what you have on hand.
Never heard the term before. Looked it up and that's what was pictured. Before I unbent them.
And here I thought for sure someone would get on me for using stripped wire instead of braid for the common. But, no, I got the socket wrong. Alas!

You didn’t list the part number! Steve would be very upset with you.
Quoted from undrdog:Where do folks get their wire braid? PBR or an electronics supply? What gauge ?
Both PBR, and a few people have sold it here on pinside.

Here's my latest source tin plated 18 awg
https://www.antiquelampsupply.com/tin-plated-copper-ground-wire-18-awg.html
I believe they no longer sell it. I tried to order some 2 months ago and Steve said it wasn't worth it. They are understaffed and he is already working longer hours. I got mine from the above-mentioned Lamp supplies Company.
Post here if you find a cheaper source.

note there are discounts when you buy lengths, eg: 25feet gets 10% off
I need the rear door for a Gottlieb 70's wedgehead. I remember seeing a post in the last Pinfest thread about someone bringing a bunch of new ones to the show. Anybody know who that was? I rather not read thru 45 pages of posts.

Just won a parts Target Alpha Head in an online auction.
I won this and a project King of Diamonds. The auction stipulates a small window to collect items won - Thursday afternoon Aug 11 in Upper Black Eddy, PA
I CAN make the window from here 500 miles away but if anyone is interested I'd offer up the Target Alpha Head in exchange for grabbing the KOD and hanging on to it until I can come collect it in the coming week or two.
Capture (resized).JPGCapture1 (resized).JPGDoes PBR stock these plastic score reel holders?
I'm assuming not since Marco never had them.
In need of a few of these for...well...several games actually if anyone has some used ones.

Is there a Head/Body match-up thread anywhere? I have seen many missing one or the other.
Edit: found it

Does anyone have need of a Big Daddy #287 schematic? While going through my old pinball trunk looking for something else I cam across this schematic for the 1963 game and a 1966 schematic for a William's Pitch n Bat #332. It's a shame to lose it if someone can use them.

Those from the shop appear to be for score reels of older GTB….looks like for some wedgehead games.
Looking for a translite/backglass for "Wild Wheels"
Not sure what to do with this machine. I saved it from the dump and gave the guy $200 to hold it for me. I didn't know it was missing the backglass.
Quoted from zebpin61:Does anyone have need of a Big Daddy #287 schematic?
IPDB.org could use a good scan of Big Daddy. Maybe someone who needs a copy could scan it for them. I don't need one but I'd be willing to scan and submit it.
I’m in need of a drop target plunger for an Allied Leisure Dynomite.
Allied decided to develop their own parts instead of using common parts from the big 3.
The plunger in question is very unit with a plastic top portion that uses a tiny metal pin to area has to target.
Anyone have one of these? Please PM me.
Thanks!

In search for a new Bat Mechanism for a Chicago Coin Baseball Champ, or the parts if not complete. The parts on my game are worn and sloppy, wanting to replace or re-make these parts to give the bat the proper 'snap'. I would consider using a different mech from a Williams game, or another type of P&B too, as long as its all there and not broke to bits. I can post a pic of it if necessary! Thanks in advance!!
I did a service call on a Gottlieb Spirit of 76 today. Start issue came down the AX relay. Someone at some point bent the metal arm in that holds the armature ladder. After screwing with it trying to bend into the correct position, I could never get the switches to the correct travel to open and close the switches.
Gottlieb interlock relay part number C-4989, called the "AG relay housing" or I would buy any used AX or BX relay with that part.

I don't see it in their store, but I'd suggest reaching out to John Robertson as flippers.com. He has lots of Allied parts and knowledge. If he doesn't have the part, he should probably know a workaround.

Some pinsider 3D printed the part. Look into the cocktail pinball club.
