Hey DH Crew, first time owner long time passion to own a PIN.
By sheer luck I have purchased DH from a guy who was moving and didn't want to get down his stairs. Well lucky for me, and some help we were able to get down from the second floor safely home to my home office.

The machine was filthy with caked on dirt, carbon and dust behind the head and playing field.

Jumped right in after 50-100 plays of understanding how the parts work. Started to order parts and worked on a single section at a time.

Took all the plastic, ramps, pegs, pins, screws off the playing field for a deep clean. (Not a full Strip, expect the back part of the playing field).

Since I was already in there with 1/2 the bulbs not working, replaced with all new LED bulbs with the added flashers and LED strips on the front and rear of the playing field.

All new Rubber all the way around.

Swapped out the DMD to a color DMD since the screen most likely had a capacitor or gas issue.

I wish I would have discovered this forum a few weeks ago when the process started especially reading that the back board of the playing field comes out with 8 screws. Elbow up in the air, wrist bent, neck to the shoulder, right hand over my head trying to hold something while I hold the ramp down on the plastic risers. Long story short got the left ramp in.

Here is where the fun begins:
Since the playing field was thoroughly cleaned by removing gunk, dirty and all the other crap and the plastic gun was removed and cleaned.
Lucky me, I don't have the lame bull issue that drops out.

I am noticing now that when I do "GUN SHOT" something is catching the ball on the playing field and launching over to the yellow police ramp and or it has some how been stuck on the rear left plastic 2x times now.

Has anybody ran into this issue before? Since the new ramp was installed, could this be the issue with catching the metal plate?

I almost would want the ball to lame right now, because I am worried it's going to damage plastic or worse break the glass while the kids are playing on it.

Pictures coming soon of the progress. #dirtyharry

Quoted from Ballypalooza:

Hey guys, I don’t have much experience with these DMD games. I need to get a replacement main ramp as mine is broken off at a support. The main ramp looks like it has decals on the bottom of it in at least two places. I found the left one on Marco. Is the right available?

Quoted from Ballypalooza:

I’m sorry. My post was a little confusing. I need the right decal for the main ramp. Marco has the left decal.

It may be easier to take a high res photo of it, get the measurements of it, bring it to a print shop that can do vinyl decals and have them print them off for you.

Quoted from dsupica:

How do i get to the right ramp opto sensor? Do you need to take a bunch of ramps, maybe the warehouse etc off the playfield to get to it?
Is there a backdoor method??
Any thoughts appreciated.

Were you able to get the ramp out?

I did mine the hard way by taking almost everything off the playing field with tons of notes, pictures.

It would have saved me so much time if I were to have known about the back coming off.

Scoot how much did those cost? Do you have a printer to do these?
