I would either bend the arm slightly over or if you take the ramps up I would check the magnet up on the right corner if it is mushroomed. That would kill 2 birds with one stone. Its quite a job taking up the ramps though.

Thanks for the help jhanley. I'll get to taking out the ramps and report back.
I'll keep my original post updated with what I find.
At least I'm not dealing with that mess PAR !!

That's happened more than once?
It looks correct, but I have never seen a ball stuck there. Not sure wbat it's hanging up on.
Maybe post a pic of tbat area without the ball.
Is the rolled over edge of the ramp cracked or bent at all?

Went through switch edge test and hit all of them, nothing triggers incorrectly.
Aside from a possible diode on another switch , is it likely the spade connector that hooks to the switch is corroded and it’s just not noticeable. Or should I look at the connectors on the board ?

So you replaced the switch and it still phantom fires? Shake the machine a bit or hit the playfield with your fist during test mode to see if possible vibrations are causing it. Are there any other issues with the machine? Any other solenoids firing when not supposed to? My safehouse eject will phantom fire twice while playing only when the ball bricks out of the scoop. I will look at mine tomorrow to see if i can be of more help. I just noticed Its been a while since you posted, did you find out whats going on?

This has been the only issue. I tried all the banging in test mode. Did allot of activating the pop bumper to see if that activated it. Nothing did it.
No phantom closures from any switch in test mode.
It’s been doing it less.. I figured I’d look at connectors next

Hey guys! I need a right ramp. Does anyone have one or know of any being made? I broke a large chunk off the left wall at the ramp entrance. Can probably repair if need be with reinforcement on the backside and maybe a metal protector. If no replacement, has anyone dealt with a repair on this area? Thanks

You need to go into menu and set up on free play. If you have the manual it will instruct you how to do so. Enjoy the game.

$500 has both ramps and a good candidate for a wall hanger. Says may entertain separating.
Dmd color and side blades installed.
Waiting on pinball pro speakers, movie video mod and 2x spots to light the playfield.
How do you reset the highest score you see on the screen?
Anyone with a NOS left ramp for sale?
Have you lifted the playfield to check the connection?
Does it work during switch edge test?
Try and reseat the connections in the back box on the flipptronic board.
Also check through this thread at the end it says check a fuse.

You know that the left flipper controls different options before shooting the ball at the start of each new ball. I’ve noticed that if I don’t choose the option that makes the magnet grab the ball, after enough times the “Magnet is broken” credit dot pops up. Choosing the magnet to grab the ball makes it go away..for me.
Prepping to repair the broken right ramp, and while disconnecting wires under the playfield, I noticed that the wires for the connection of the Warehouse Contraband and Collect Magazine do not match. Clearly not all connections have matching color wires on both sides, but these two lights have never worked, and I wonder if it’s because the connection is incorrect. Mainly because there is a empty connection with matching wires close by. Can someone please verify that connection coming out of the Warehouse please? Thanks!!

The green/black and white/orange should be the wire not connected as it is there for the switch of the original production of a target that was removed. I have modded my game and added the target for the warehouse back that is why I have wires connected to it. My game works flawless.

Now that I have some working molds, I guess i can let the cat out of the bag. New release ramps number 4 and 5 are far enough along to be announced. My next two 2021 releases will be the small and large ramps for Dirty Harry! Note: these are preliminary pieces shown, there is much more work left to do on the molds before they are finished.
I have at least 4 more molds to make this month, and then I will start running production on these ramps once I ascertain initial interest. If you would like to be added to the interest list for any ramp I have announced, send me a message and I will add you.
