Looking forward to watching this get planned, designed, and built before I even finish art on Voltron. LMAO!

Hopefully if you're intending to use that heli mech as anything other than just cosmetic you find some way to make it more reliable. My understand is it's pretty flaky.

    Worst ... follower ... ever ...
    Kidding!
    Good to see you Frax!

    I accept that title. LOL.

It's taken me all day to get caught up to everything...fridays are my mondays...terrible. And every other week it's paying bills bills bills. I don't read much Pinside when I'm at home.

Very interesting project. One thought, why limit the lower pf with such a small size? If ball going down, and coming back up, additional mechs could be mounted on the lower pf. Think of Black Hole.
    Good luck, will follow.

Small? That thing looks just as big if not bigger than Black Hole's to me... wonder what the actual size difference is.

Cause,i fucked up these ones...they have a twist now

    LMAO!

    Quoted from mic1977:

What are you painting. Is it with airbrush

Probably. I used createx and thin adhesive plastic film with an x-acto to cut stencils and repaint my Crescendo playfield. Wasn't too bad, but very tedious.

Might be the best part of my day today reading this. I got my Farfalla fixed last night, I'm in the right frame of mind to be inspired to keep working on things.

Slugfest was a popular choice when I was a kid tooling around bowling alleys and putt-putt golf places. The fact that it would dispense baseball cards if you did well enough was awesome.

500k isn't too bad for first time playing... our league players frequently didn't clear 100k the first two weeks lol...

QED isn't so bad, just wait until you get the multiball where you have to shoot the left ramp AND time it so that whats-her-face has her arm up instead of down. That's just not even worth trying to do lol.

    Oh okay? So reasonable?
No clue what scoring does on this machine...
It seemed to score low though...like woz i owned..

    Put it this way...

Sim Card collect once you finish a mode and shoot the SIM scoop is 100k points. Each Big Bang you hit is huge points too...starts at 50 or 60k and goes up 10k each time...so.....60...70..80..90...100k. Sim cards also multiply your mode points by +1x for every one you collect.

Just over 2 million is my high score so far. I haven't even sniffed at any of the wizard modes...most modes I've completed in one game is 4. : | "DIAL" still needed the OTHER FOUR for the big wizard mode!

    Quoted from pinballrockstar:

Wow! So it is super hard!!?
    Like a challenge!

In theory you could just start them all and time them out to get to the mini-wizard, I think. But where's the fun in that? It's *very* hard to complete more than a few modes. EMP mode and a few others go crazy with the magnets, and they're not 'nice' like Stern magnets, they're mean like Bally/Williams/Data East magnets. Think Last Action Hero or Addams Family.

Jpop would wish it was his design.

No kidding. He would've spent a year and a half just cutting that flap/ramp.

Won't it just rotate around that single one until the blade is pressing on the ramp, or up in the air?
