Because the sides are welded on now,so they clear the 6 switches,we need to extend the front piece...it holds the ball in place for the shooter

    THERE! Bakerman from France!
I looked through all my PM’s , couldn’t find your name and thus avoided your name in the vid cuz i forgot
But in my defense...you don’t post a lot lately lol
Man,the thing works so great on the polulu maestro.
When you sent it to us,we knew nothing about servos,so even though we were super happy with your present , we instantly knew we had to shelve it for a bit until we collected more knowledge about servos...

Back then you were joking about us probably modding it into sumtin else but we are gonna use it in the way It is intended to be used!
And stick some rad decals on there...
    Thanks bud,
Real cool mech...this machine is going to be epic because we build it together..remember that.

I cannot describe to you the joy I get from reading this thread and viewing your updates. It's like a weekly gift.

I find myself laughing out loud, marveling at your ingenuity, your skills, your dedication, and all that . . . and I get so 'deep' into watching and reading what you post, that sometimes I forget that I'm not actually there with you. I get so caught up in what you are doing that I can actually mentally smell the paint . . . . and the beer. I hear the grinding and banging, along with the cussing. I make comments out loud, like, "Now, how in the hell did he come up with that?!!!" or "THAT is effin genius!!!" And I always end the session by sitting back and saying something like, "That was really, really good." or "They have come such a long way." "What smart guys."

Honestly. I talk out loud like that after reading the updates. Sometimes when my wife walks into the room she asks why I'm talking to myself. I then say, "You ought to see this. There's these Euro guys who are building this awesome pinball machine from scratch and they are just damned brilliant, and . . . " That's when she just shakes her head and walks out of the room. "I don't know what in hell you all see in those damned pinball machines," she says. Sad, isn't it? Ha.

Take care and I'll "see" you all next week!!!

Wow that is super super nice of you Mike, very fun to read in detail how you experience our builds!
Thát is a total gift to ùs!
Forget the wife ,we have a cosy little hangout together here on pinside, where we all can meet together on fridays,worldwide,international..
I am so aware this was impossible a few years back.
We have a good thing going together man...right?
Always remember, you guys make us feel great too, locally, there’s a bunch of people who like our crazy projects, but this way, through pinside,we meet a lot of people who like to be included...just like we want to be part of the pinball scene?
Internet was initially invented to connect people with the same interests around the world(seen a discovery documentary)and we together are using it for just that!
    It’s just awesome..
    Cheers bro.

Great job guys. I love to spend my Thursdays and Fridays picking garage sales. It's the one activity my wife enjoys also. Lately when I'm hunting for goodies I find myself saying things like "this would look awesome on the crazy mansion" or "could you imagine what Bas could do with this?"
So Friday morning we're driving into town and stop at a sale on a acerage. Has about 4 or 5 outbuildings. Guy was a retired carpenter and one building had his lumber and old table saws, doors and pot belly stoves. My wife is at the pile of doors (about 50 of them) and I hear her say "Honey look. This door looks like the one from your crazy guys pinball machine!" I smiled and thought, I can't believe she remembered the door from months earlier where I probably showed her and said something like "how cool is this?
Guess your work is memory burn worthy

No room for a 8' door tho so i bought a bag of McDonald's toys for a $1 in your honor

    Hahaha,great to hear it sticks
I looove yardsales and garage sales, sadly we don’t have those over here
Me and my girl are super thrifty and really like vintage plastic stuff...but at the thrift stores over here there is lesser and lesser quality nowerdays..
Everybody has cheap crap these days.
So we mostly score stuff on ebay.com.
Say hello to your wife from us!
    Take care buddy!
These are my favorite scores...Weltron and Panasonic have the best colors and everybody needs a wall of phones right?

Hey guys,a couple of updates on the crazy mansion.
It is amigo holiday at the moment, but some stuff got done during the week,so without further ado:
-i took the apron along to my car shop cuz it looked like hell...as you might recall, the roadshow we took it from had been submerged or sumtin...
So i needed a professional sander on compressed air to grind the rust off...

Have you used one before? I don't find them scary at all or hard to control the depth.
