Quoted from pinballrockstar:Yup..a “stroopwafel” and i feel very sorry for you guys you have to go through life without them.
Dutch Pinball museum has a lot of very typical Dutch stuff on their logo.
Stuff we are proud of with a wink, you know what i mean.
We don’t wear wooden shoes here on a daily basis but we are kinda famous for that.
we have a European food importer near me, and the kids and I regularly stock up on the "stroopwafel's" as well as the "DeRuijter" flakes and couple times a year make my Oma's Recipe Dutch Waffles......... hmmmmmm
love the shirt and Go "Reed's Arcade"

Thanks pinball brother!
Well,we actually really like this build,we cannot wait till it’s friday
Mostly we are clueless what we are gonna do on friday...we just stare for an hour, debate some ideas and often we just start on something we are excited about.
Quoted from pinballrockstar:Wow...just imagine what this build would cost if we wouldn’t have donor machines...
We actually have one of those WCS football motors somewhere...man these are expensive!
It would be interesting to see what the total of this build would actually be if you had to source everything from vendors.
Quoted from cosmokramer:Look what showed up yesterday......
BOOM!You guys are awesome! Thanks for the extra goodies as well, I love the photo...
The photo was good for a laugh right?!
I actually took a family photo out of that frame, nobody in my house missed it to date...so shhhh
Great shirt btw!
I really dig suicidal tendencies!
“All i wanted was a Pepsi!,just one Pepsi! And SHE wouldn’t give it to me! “
Quoted from pinballrockstar:This friday we cannot make it,kids vacation over here,we are all somewhere else.
We’ll see you guys next week
First product placement and now this! Where's Von D when you need him (oh wait nevermind)
Quoted from pinballrockstar:This friday we cannot make it,kids vacation over here,we are all somewhere else.
Enjoy your vacation and time with your kids~!~!~! Look forward to seeing you crazy guys next Friday.
Quoted from Thor-NL:Bas .... c’mon don’t let us down, drive back for the build.
Family time is soooo overrated
Yeah...that’s not gonna work,i need a rocket to be there on time
Important announcement!
I am very happy i found a sixpack heineken in Iceland!
Beer from my homeland.
They cost 359 islandic Krones over here...about triple what i pay at home for a Heineken.
For the people here,it is import beer
Whatever,best beer in the world!
Bas,
Here in the States, and apparently in Iceland, Heineken is labeled as a lager. Didn’t I see picks from the build where the can was marked pilsner in the Netherlands? What gives? A different variety?
Anyway, enjoy your vacation and then get back to the awesome build!
I went to Iceland 2 years ago. Awesome country but super expensive. Gas was around $8 USD per gallon.
Quoted from meSz:First product placement and now this! Where's Von D when you need him (oh wait nevermind)
Hahaha
Quoted from Honch:Have fun and I'll check in with you guys later.
Thanks!
Quoted from swinks:have fun with the family mate, see you next week
Yeah, some quality time and deserved rest
Quoted from swillie:At the VFW show so this Friday about evens out on the entertainment scale in your absence
Talk about timing!

Yup it is called pilsener over here, “pils” in short..
When at the bar,we shout:” hey dude! Pilsje?!” (to whom you want to buy a beer.)
Pilsner in general has more “bite” than your typical lager like say a Budweiser.
I don’t understand why Heineken Pilsner isn’t available in 90% of the world?
You guys are stuck with a crappier recipe
Quoted from GhostThruster:I went to Iceland 2 years ago. Awesome country but super expensive. Gas was around $8 USD per gallon.
Yeah...in Europe too...i was in Florida 3 years ago and i told the people at every gas station what OUR gas prices were ‘cause you guys are actually complaining about your gas prices per gallon?!
Dudes, you drive practically for free in the USA?
But Iceland is expensive,i paid $90 for 5x soup at a town called Geysir...(...)...i was like , dude..it is soup...
That’s awesome you guys got the shirts ! I bought them from the Chive , they have awesome t shirts and the 3 amigos fit you guys perfect . I also want to thank i you guys for the shout outs . Keep on keeping on

Great shirts dude, thanks so much...they are insanely soft and cosy!
Quoted from Puffdanny:Next time all vacations are to be cleared through the human resource office
Well i have a bit of a pinball update from Iceland!
As we were walking through another brutal bit of weather,i noticed something that looked like my kinda thing..
My son is playing some pacman,it is like superfast pacman compared to my baby pacman at home?
Weird thing was, they had 3 pacman machines and 2 donkey kongs.
They should have some different stuff...but hey...praise them for being there.
It is a real small place and in no way a museum as advertised on street level(a shelve with starwars action figures is hard to call a museum right?).
Sadly AF is broken, the right flipper is defective...oddly enuff the other 2 pins had weak right flippers too.
But the dude said he had a hard time getting parts.
I did not tell him i own pins and tons of parts cuz that would cost me precious play time.
So i just paid him and he told me how to “activate” a pinball machine
Those moments are fun...i went like:” oh? You push the start button over there?”.
