First things first,buying some aerosols!
If that mansion is too heavy, you could have just made the lower section out of thick steel and made the rest with thin.. Or maybe make the whole thing light but put a heavy duty fence around the bottom (and some posts to protect the edges of the doorways).
Also I'm jealous of your Hornbach store.. make our home improvement stores in the states look like crap. Rivets in retail? Never see that.

In my guitar studio i have a crazy amount of neodymium magnets...i stuck em there to my heater pipes cause i am actually mildly scared of em...
I have 36 real fat ones,it was collecting all the tools on my workbench..
In the morning all my tools were in one place..
But i have a cool idea for the back latch lock...look at these...perfect!
