No that’s the ceiling,it has 24 inch wide sections of drywall plates
And yeah...the monte,i guess i have to use am as a mold for homebrew fiberglass a pillar plastics...bummer
Huh, so how was the minions build looking — was that protector bubbling in the heat as well? I think you guys just convinced me to free float my protector as well.. was it mostly the side clearance causing problems or anywhere you secured parts down over it?

Hey amigo,on the minions build we used a thick acrylic sheet from the hardware store,like,3-4 mm.
Only issue with that,it cracks when a ball bounces on it...so we decided to buy the “professional” stuff...
We had no experience with lexan,this is 1.5 mm and we basically bolted everything through.
But man does that stuff swell up when it gets hot.
So that is why you always see protectors floating free on a playfield.
Someone warned us on the topic but we were stubborn.
But it sits nice and flat now,no further issues to report!
