Enjoying your Friday updates as always!
The project is really taking shape now. So I was wondering if you could tell us a little about next steps in terms of playfield (assuming you are going to do a new clean one), playfield graphics, plastics graphics and so on? What do you plan on doing (and how), and what are you not planning on doing?

Yeah we have the new Jersey Jack quality whitewood over here!
But first we are gonna make this playfield really flush and try to shoot everything.
That way you can see if it plays right and if not,make adjustments to the layout.
In terms of graphics(we actually have not much bare wood anymore to stick artwork on but we are thinking a wooden floor in slightly cartoony graphics,sorta like you are in the main entrance hall of the mansion..
Lower playfield could be a basement/torture room

Now that you guys are getting close to finishing this project I clicked on the first page to see where it all started and look! The beard is beardless 
Seriously great work on the lower playfield lowering to show more of the screen. Great idea! I could picture something similar with the new displays and some kind of animated backbox. Looks like a typical dmd then a curtain for example raises and you get the full screen after completing some kind of task.
