    Quoted from Frax:

Small? That thing looks just as big if not bigger than Black Hole's to me... wonder what the actual size difference is.

Yeah,i was about to type the same thing but seeing the black hole picture,it is worth to consider the idea...it could carry some mechs indeed...smart...

I am loving the dmd location and could add some cool background graphics to the lower playfield lever - very very cool and original.

Thanks buddy,if you reverse the lower playfield, the reverse angle provides you just the amount of space you can fit the dmd in.
I was impressed by it myself!
I want to make arrows on the dmd and such, pointing at the ramps and mansion shots you need to make.
It is always a drag to look up at the dmd when you play a new machine...you look up and the ball is gone.
This is the most excellent spot for the dmd.
We will really tie gameplay together this way.
In Despicable me pinball madness we made all the shots the same color as the mode light so you can follow the gameplay by colored lights...
But this is a whole new level of gameplay info.
Real instant, easy readable info during gameplay.
We are going to buy a green dmd by the way,do you guys know where to buy one for a reasonable price?
The pin is gonna be primarily black with green.

The playfield brackets were not on reverse, that was not dumb

    #855 6 years ago

Can't believe I missed this thread until now. This looks CRAZY awesome!!

    #856 6 years ago

Hey to stick with the "Crazy" Theme - why don't you guys do something really crazy like take a Friday off every now and again and start working on the build on Thursday? Jeepers - isn't it Friday yet?

    Quoted from PBFan:

    Yes!!!
Gonna run my biz for a few hours and then build stuff!
Hey? Maybe together we can push the day forward faster!?
    1....2....PUSH!!

    #858 6 years ago

    FRIDAY........BOOM.

    #859 6 years ago

It's 6:30am here in the western part of the great white north. Can't wait to see what's in store for this week. BOOM!

    #860 6 years ago

    What's up it's friday!!!

    #861 6 years ago

It's a rainy Friday here in Houston. Schools are closed, and I am 'working' from home - so it's a prefect day to work on Pinball~!

    #862 6 years ago

    Hey!
    It's time to build!

+1, aside from working from home, but i am doing PIN work. I just returned from the hobby shop with some Createx as I made some stencils up last night with hopes of getting lots of paint work done.

But for now just watching for updates by the Amigos and local meteorologists.

What are you painting. Is it with airbrush

Ive just been silently watching, and appreciate the concern.

    Quoted from mic1977:

I'm working on one of the many Silverball Manias with a decrepit playfield. Using both airbrush and automotive spray gun.

    LMAO!

    Quoted from mic1977:

Probably. I used createx and thin adhesive plastic film with an x-acto to cut stencils and repaint my Crescendo playfield. Wasn't too bad, but very tedious.

Great job so far! Really coming along nicely.

    #889 6 years ago

We need a higher backboard..we are mounting it behind theplayfield, not on it!
That way we have more space behind the mansion

    The Smoking Nose! EPIC!

    #893 6 years ago

A mirror ball on one pin and now smoke on another.....tell the truth, you were really Disco Solid Gold dancers in a former life.....!

    solid (resized).jpgsolid (resized).jpg

    #894 6 years ago

with the backbox, could you go with a two way mirror with art on it giving it a spooky mansion mirror on the wall look so the player sees their reflection, but when certain modes come on the backbox lighting turns on it shows up cracked glass and your 2 guys heads scaring the crap out of the players using backlit effects and mirror glass / acrylic and maybe the faces repainted in a black and white effect with lighting pointing up the front of their faces. You could have alot of fun with that.
