Looks like a really fun game coming together. I hope your floor is strong enough to carry the weight of all those mechanisms!

This could very well become a superfun machine,we gotta stay focused on tying the theme together though...that’s super difficult.

    Quoted from jokerpoker:

It was a blast again,we made a supercool trapdoor shot, you can’t wish for more on a friday

Really great thread to follow - thanks.

Just curious if English isn't your first language then why do you name all your switches, servos and so on in English in the code
It's very easy for us mono-linguistic yobs to follow, so thanks.

    Quoted from SYS6:

I noticed in the different pictures they post a lot of products have both languages on the packaging. If it's not in English the first thing I do is google it to figure out what the heck it is.

My question is do Dick and "The Beard" speak English too? In the video clips I've never heard them speak.

    Hi,thanks!
I mainly do that so it’s easier for you guys to read what i do
If i write “coffin” , it is way easier for you than “ grafkist” .
    Plus i really love english!
I also use a lot of common english words daily in my Dutch scentences to make em sound cooler.

Yeah Dick and beard know and speak english too but just a tiny bit less fluid so that automatically sorta made me frontman of our band
They feel more comfortable saying short words in the vids.

Allright,i’m gonna kick this friday off with drilling a hole for the main ramp’s trapdoor wiring.

Let’s source some connectors and wiring in the alley graveyard

    image (resized).jpg
    #6780 21 days ago

I need 1 connector for the ramp’s entrance switch and i guess a light duty connector for the trapdoor coil...it’s a cute tiny coil so we don’t need heavy gauge wiring over there.

    image (resized).jpg
    #6781 21 days ago

    Look...cute coil...

    image (resized).jpg
    #6782 21 days ago

Anyway,i found me some great connectors that allow us to pull the ramp if necesary!

The idea is to take this way too big connector off and replace it with 2 small ones,so i can feed it through the 12mm (half inch) hole in the playfield.

Okay...let’s put the ramp back in and start on the annoying part, hooking up the wires to the lower underside of the playfield

I am draining high voltage current from this coil over here(upper playfield coil).

So the yellow wire is 50 volts and the green one is the driver wire, attached to the fast board....and when my code orders the transistor on the fast board to put this wire to ground, the coil fires.
    Easy peasy.
