I started collecting soon after I got married in 1996. I told my wife in all sincerity that I only wanted 3 games (all video games, Missile Command, Robotron and Dragon's Lair). I have 25 in my basement now and still only have 1 of the original 3 I wanted in there. My wife reminds me of the "I only want these 3" at all the time.

I have about 25 games in my basement game room, mostly video games. One time, on the games that saved high scores, I set them all on the easiest settings possible and then pounded out the highest possible scores on them for a week or two. Then I set them all on the hardest settings possible. I invited a bunch of serious game players over and they tried to beat my high scores (without knowing the situation).

Sad (for me) thing is they did on several of them.

I've read every post in the Lionman thread (not all at once, just on-going).

    Quoted from IDrink2Much:

The Stern Indiana Jones is more fun than Williams Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure. Fight me.

How about I shake your hand instead? I 100% agree. I don't dislike the Williams, but I do like the Stern more.

    Quoted from JohnnyPinball007:

Since 2002 I have sold over 50,000 CD's, DVD's, and books on Amazon.

50,000??? That's an average of over 7 a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, for 18 straight years. That sounds almost hard to believe. What kinds of prices are you getting on CD's and DVD's? What kinds of books do you sell? I can see you selling a good amount of DVD's 10+ years ago, and maybe some CD's 15 years ago, but I'd think CD's and DVD's, you'd be lucky to sell 100 total in the last 2 years.

I got about 500 DVD's to sell and I got some quotes from local resale places, under a quarter each. Come on, I was hoping to at least get a dollar. But I don't know how to sell on anything buy ebay.

Can you email me and give me some advice? Is selling on Amazon really that much better than selling on ebay?

    Reminds me of a story.
I was at a place and this guy had heaps of dogs. We just up and smacked em with 4 x 2's.
    How funny is that?

Maybe you should start a "snakes rule" thread?

    I confess...

I've never used an ATM. I don't even have an ATM card. I don't even know if there is such a thing as an ATM card.

I also don't have a cell phone, which drives my wife crazy. You want to reach me? Call me at home. I kind of like not being reachable when I'm out.

I really have to start warning my wife when I’m videoing…wait for it…

I should note…she knows and wanted this to be posted. Laughed our asses off over this.

Video is gone already. Never got to watch it. What was it? Why removed?

I just woke up and was like damn I felt like I got a lot of sleep just now and it’s only 2am then remembered.

You woke up at 2AM on the day we change clocks? That's freaky! You just blew my mind!

You doubled down 7 times in a row and lost 8 hands? Now that's bad luck.

    I confess...

    I eat phone rice.

You know, the bag of raw rice people stick their cell phone in after it's been in water.

Not ashamed. And I can quit whenever I want to too.

But I cook it, I don't eat it raw. That would be weird.
