I say I don't care about WPPR points, I do.

I change the settings to hard on a machine I'm getting rid of to 'protect' my highscores, even though I'll never see that machine again.

I once cut my hand on the apron of a machine trying to save a ball going down the outlane with the glass off, said i did it at work.

I continued to play the ball as if I was in MB rather than nudge the machine and return to single ball play.

I have to keep the keys to my games well out of reach when I'm playing.
The temptation to open the door and use the coin door ball saver is just too great, especially when you feel that you didn't deserve to lose the ball i.e. If a ball jumps over a flipper.

My toolbox is full of repurposed surgical instrumentation.

Including stainless steel pliers (double hinged action) perfect replacement for mole grips.
Curved artery forceps , perfect for reaching and cleaning orbits without having to dismantle anything.
Straight long nosed forceps, ideal for removing tricky to reach bulbs (once a bit of surgical tape has been put over the ends)
Perforated stainless steel box, perfect for putting small plastic or rubber items in dishwasher without fear of losing them.
Bone cutters, good substitute for wire cutters
Titanium bone screws, good substitute for wood screws (at over £80 per screw I know they're not going to rust or even lose their shine)
K Wires make excellent wire gates
Stainless steel orthopaedic mallet, for those things that require a little extra encouragement to fit.
Aluminium Oxide powder (used for cleaning lenses on laparoscopes) gets added every time I use my tumbler.
Swabs make great glass/playfield cleaners as they are lint free.

    plus many more.

Just those listed above, if bought new, would cost well over £1,000.

    Quoted from Archytas:

, the 3rd is in my head trade fodder in a years time for something else.

So Sam, which is the trade fodder?

    Quoted from Archytas:

Twilight Zone - which I doubt you would want

Sterns only for me from now on - probably. I'm yet to find a pre Stern game that I don't get bored with after completing in a week, and can't afford a WOZ or TH yet.

    Quoted from Ive:

I have had my Stern Rolling Stones for 3 years.... and still love playing it

    But you also love Popeye

    Quoted from Tranquilize:

I thought you had to own a company to buy a pinball machine...

The way prices keep rising, it won't be long before you have to own a company to be able to AFFORD to buy a pinball machine
