That... I've had that for a long time.
When I first got into the hobby I brought a game to tpf with no help . I asked a guy at the show if he would mind helping me unload . He ignored me at first and then called me a noob . I felt insulted and ever since then I can’t stand that term . I always bring help now and have meet some really nice people in hobby . Anytime someone needs some help I’ll gladly lend a hand .

I'd rather be a noob than an a-hole.
Quoted from V_piscopo:I'm loving wantdataeast for sale add and I totally miss waspinator.
Which for sale ad? I just looked at the three he has up, and I don’t understand
Forgive me Father for I have sinned. I can't stop looking at the picture of Mrs Malkin in the 2018 NHL Hockey Playoff thread, and I am having unclean thoughts.......

What... (scrambles to find hockey thread)
I can see a time when I am at work, and looking at pictures like this when my boss walks by.
"What the hell type of website are you looking at?"
"Pinball"
"Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight."
If I see that I've received a thumbs up in my total, I go through my old posts to see which one someone liked.
I got another pin and it made it past the no pin zone into the family room. I told my wife it was just temporary till I fixed it up a bit. I lied
There is a slot machine game that I play on my tablet when I am bored at work. Right now I have over 26 trillion dollars. In my defense business has been slow.
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:I am not a fan of Pat Lawlor games
50% of my game room collection are Pat Lawlor designs. How and when did this happen?
I donated to become a Pinside+ member so that I could be notified immediately when a game on my wish list goes up for sale, yet I am still refreshing the marketplace page every other minute looking for wish list games regardless of whether or not I received an email notification.
Quoted from Chisox:I pushed my wife to binge watch Game Of Thrones hoping that she'd like it so I can improve the chances of her being on board when I suggest we get a GOT Premium.
I must confess this worked and I now own a GOT. All of those acts of contrition worked!
I spilled cider all over the Iron Maiden LE at Cidercade in Dallas.
The ball was locked and thought I had time for a quick drink, ball unlocked and almost threw my cup down to save the ball.

Christ man. Come on! I donate my time over there helping them clean and fix the machines. Guy brings in insanely expensive games. Take care of them.
I unironically feel that John Popadiuk is the best pinball designer of all time and would love for him to return to making mass market games. I'm fully aware that he is a complete scumbag.

This is meant to be a confessional,a safe place to confess your sins not a place to be judged.
Quoted from king-pin:This is meant to be a confessional,a safe place to confess your sins not a place to be judged.
Ok. Fair enough. I would have kept that one to myself.
Quoted from king-pin:This is meant to be a confessional,a safe place to confess your sins not a place to be judged.
I hope you're kidding! The guy admitted to carelessly pouring a drink over a brand new pin. Iron Maiden LE none the less! I'd feel like a moron too and expect to be judged. Actually, I'd let the ball drain. That's a bloody shame. Pinside is NOT the place to go if you don't want to be judged!

It was an accident. It was just a little cider on the glass, and I wiped it off.
I felt bad because I’m always so careful with other people’s property (and mine as well). Felt even worse that it just happened to occur on IMDN.
Forgive me pinside for I have sinned! Lesson learned, just let it drain in the future.
Just saying that I'd feel frikkin horrible too man! (Damn humans!) And EXPECT my buds to give me a hard time about it!

Here’s the kicker....the games at Cidercade are all on free play..so it’s not like the guy was gonna be out 75 cents or something.
This is a safe place to confess...but anything you say, can and will be held against you in the court of Pinside opinion. Haha!
Quoted from Cserold:Guy brings in insanely expensive games. Take care of them.
You wouldn’t believe the quality of games out there....actual HEP restored games and LE’s galore. It truly is pinball porn heaven...all on free play after a token cover charge. Let’s keep ‘em nice for everyone, boys!
We’ve been looking for a new car for my wife. She hasn’t noticed yet but every car I suggest is “nice” can fit a pin in the back. I’m going to hell.
I fully restored a Raven, including clear coating the playfield and repainting the cab. Motordome is next.
I still have not moved Harlem Globetrotters out of the no pin zone while I've been off this last week and never was. Thankfully it's been drizzle every morning and then I can go back to blaming working too much. Plus I still want to change the drop targets. Secretly hoping to make it till October when my son gets the guest bedroom furniture and bed and I hopefully get more pin space.
I bought all 7 seasons of The Pinball Arcade for the iPad, because I travel a lot. That’s bad enough, but not the worst. I was sitting on the plane next to a really tall skinny guy last night. I was playing Xenon, and this gentleman got out a tiny little bible and held it right up to his face because he forgot his reading glasses, just like I always do. When I excused myself to pee, he just scowled at me as he unfolded his long limbs and got out of my way. I tried to be friendly, but he never spoke a word to me. And I actually thought for a moment, “Am I going to hell?” before I shook off the feeling.
I borrowed Swampfires MET and sucked at it and then put the settings on pretty easy and blew up his game for a high score and put my initials on his game. I forget to put the settings back to what they were originally on his game before it went back to him.
He was initially impressed by my scores, but then he saw my easy settings and busted me for being a “high score initial fraudster”. So ashamed.
You are forgiven, brother! Factory settings are your penance, you can blow it up again the next time you’re here.
All Sterns since about Spiderman play and feel about the same to me and I can't imagine having a room full of them.
Quoted from Rondogg:All Sterns since about Spiderman play and feel about the same to me and I can't imagine having a room full of them.
This is an opinion, not a confession.
Please take it outside to a Stern bashing thread.
That almost qualifies as a confession - I would never admit feeling that way. It’s like this guy I worked with who asked me once: “why do you need more than one game, aren’t they all pretty much the same, 2 flippers and a ball?” Which is like asking “Why do you look at girls, aren’t they all pretty much the same?”
I’d sell off half my collection but the thought of dragging them up my basement stairs turns me off. Bringing them in is so much easier.

Two ____ and a ____ ?
I thought I wanted the Baywatch thread to end and everyone to stop posting in it. But every time I think about draining it, I’m worried I’ll miss something good.
I was an early adopter of LEDs when I repaired my Bank-A-Ball in 1984… I used it to replace a missing nylon spacer on a motor switch.
It’s still there…
