Traveling must of Been in the Bahamas
.Traveling before Calgary pick. (NhL rules..cant join Leafs draft table until Calgary first pick)
Trelivings past picks have been abysmal. Welcome to Toronto!

I have a mate, and his missus does it too, you'll be in the flow of a story and say 'So i did/said such and such' and they'll ask 'Did you?'.

It pisses me off no end, i know it's suppossed to be a polite thing to say, but it's stupid and insulting.

I either have to ignore it, or stop the flow of the story and answer politely 'Why, yes indeed i did' or more bluntly, 'Well i just said i did, are you saying you need to hear me say it twice before you'll believe me?'.

    I didn't notice.

I love my punk, but have just discovered Bikini Kill. Dunno how i have never noticed them before, except to say i don't take much notice of actors, artists or musicians names.

Confess this pretty much sums up my feelings about the beach. The only upside is the occasional bikini walking by.

Try adding a radio and alcohol next time..........infinitely better.......

You gotta get the right beach. And of course the UE boom and the esky.

Beaches are not dirty round here. There's miles of unpopulated clean white sand and you can drive further up the beach if there's people spoiling your view.

Oh, yeah. Of course. The UE boom and the esky. Yup.

Ah yes, a Bluetooth speaker and cooler, why didn't you say so.

    #11714 5 months ago

I spoke English rather than your vernacular.

Google could have helped you rather than shout your ignorance.

    Hence the pictures.

I don't speak fahrenheit either, but i make the effort.

That was helpful. I'll pass on the UE boom though. I prefer my beach quiet.

Best time I ever had at a beach was drinking beer and listening to the TOPcast of Python Angelo on my headphones, while pretty girls walked by.

    #11717 5 months ago

The UE Boom is fantastic,I run my WonderBoom on the golf cart

    #11718 5 months ago

Yeah, brands not familiar to a lot of folks here. Our english is the problem.

    #11719 5 months ago

We go down the lake here that runs into the beach sometimes. Small picnic area with families and others. Sit there quietly with our esky and my mates dogs, but i tune the speaker to the crowd.

It's a small gift, i'm always asked to do it at BBQ's and parties. I can find the pulse.

For the record, i dont think esky is an actual word! (In any language) i also confess that i dont know what vernacular is or means! & not gonna Google it. Or esky for that matter! Ignorant can mean not having general knowledge or awareness in general & it could also mean rude or quick tempered. So there's that! But i hope y'all have a great weekend. Cheers pinheads

Dang, ya’ll are being hard on the old punkin. I’m sure someone has posted “Yeti” on the forum before. And I bet an Esky is a lot cheaper than a Yeti.

    #11724 5 months ago

Oh yeah, $275 and doesn’t even have wheels.

    It's all in jest.

    One of my sayings that's caught on amongst people i know is;

    Everyone get's a turn.

The unfortunate thing is, that some get their turn more often than others

I had some free money to spend at our work merch store and got a Yeti cup, it was $50 (free to me though), which I never would have paid, but I gotta admit this son of a bitch keeps my coffee hot for about 5 hours, and cold drinks just as long. I can damn near go to a concert and come out and the ice cubes are still there.

Yeah i drink cans all day, so invested in 2 x $40 can holders. They are based on those alloy Yeti ones and do a great job.

Just read Guy Pratt’s book and he said that when Floyd was touring in Australia, the backing band often played Aretha Franklin & R&B in night clubs after the Pink Floyd arena shows. Depending on how much they’d been partying, Wright, Gilmour and Mason would join them.

Confess that I am a degenerate that always buys pieces of various players at the WSOP. This year was my best year yet. So I’m frivolously buying my grail watch a Glashütte original panomatic lunar at Venetian later today. Sure, I have two kids in college, and an ex-wife, but f*ck it. I want that watch.

Best part about the X wife is....who the fuck cares what she thinks!

There it is. Most expensive non-vehicular/property thing I’ve ever purchased, but no regrets.

Thank you! One more pic. What’s astounding to me is even though I think the dial is absolutely stunning, it is completely trumped by the other side which displays the proprietary handmade movement.

True Horology. Rolex? Meh at best.
