If people mark themselves out, I just remove them from the bottom list. No reason to track the outs, IMO.

A lot of the people I spoke with that got out, indicated they were likely buyers when the game starts shipping. And the 15 dudes on the awaiting verification list haven't yet responded.

Looks like they will. Since they will be working with distributors now, there should be some available after the preorders are built.
