Hé Rensh, help us out...

Ain’t pre-order money a loan?
And all marketing parties where cost?
Then there was no profit and no dividend?
Could accountant be convinced?
Salary needs to be paid from loan?
Wierd, would like to know who did there finances?

#11155 4 years ago

When are approx 300 games finished if lets say it takes 160hrs pro TBL to deliver quality?
Does a creative IT artist manage to keep focused?
Even when he gets no salary due to the satisfaction of EA’s? Perhaps someone can visit him each 3 weeks and report the progress!

When was the last shipment of TBL by DP and how many?

#11294 4 years ago
Quoted from Mr68:Can't trust my faulty memory too much here but something like 42 machines were delivered about 3 months ago would be my guess.
Welcome to Pinside. I see you've just recently joined.

Which means only mainly ARA build TBL delivered. And at least 3 months for perhaps 9 TBLs to be ready. Very impressive, those EAs are lucky bastards! With all needed holiday’s those Dutch guys will build foresure 20 TBL coming year, am I right Rensh? Please check progress for us each three weeks at your friends factory!

#11299 4 years ago

Hey Dude, heared some whispering that new shit is coming soon!!!

3 weeks later
#11346 4 years ago

If we are well informed only new sales and non EAs got one in 2019 :
- 40 TBLs assembled by former CM delivered September 2019
- approx 10 TBLs partly assembled by former CM and finished by DP delivered November 2019
- 4 TBLs are in progress, unknown whether they are finished or delivered
- friends also helping assembly of TBLs, this will raise production levels and Quality
- approx 300 new sales needed to make break even and get some EAs what they have paid for
- The Netherlands are closed for new years holidays and are shifting gear towards Carnavals Holiday!
- No New Shit News today : Wish you all a happy 2020!

Wow Dude, check out insta! Barry managed to put 4 plain playfields on a jig. Looks promising EA’s. Also one kept for compagny pleasure, need some relax time after all these hard work , have patience and everything will work out fine, i promise to all of you!

#11484 4 years ago

Besides playing there compagny TBL, Barry and his team found time to unbox the aprons they recieved last year. Progress is made and soon we will see the translite on insta! Keep up the hard work and enjoy your carnaval holiday in the Netherlands!

Last year, before DP announced they lost the courtcase, a former owner left the compagny. Beside the 40 TBLs which sat at a warehouse, DP finished some partly assembled units. From mid 2010 untill now it’s known that approx. 4 units where assembled by DP, we saw 4 plain playfields on a jig, there was one box ( with or without a machine) trying to hop on a DHL truck. But at right this moment there are 4 EA TBLs in progress, proof was given by a picture showing the special achiever apron! This year DP target is to get even with all Dudes who supported them during this journey. Nobody asked : where’s the money, Lebowski! Every thing will work out fine!

Super exclusive ad from the Pinside Marketplace!

Sorry, your right. There is no evidence whatever to show what has or is build by DP or even if there is a new factory! it may all be fake news? Only fact of which I can get some sort of proof is this : https://drimble.nl/bedrijf/roermond/28502035/dutch-pinball-bv.html.
It may even be that the plain playfields, four almost finished TBLs, one box for DHL transport and EA aprons are not intended to be delivered at the doorstep of new money spenders. I cann't tell who is right or wrong. My only hope is that DP will get what they deserve and EA get there paid for TBL or refund!

#11518 4 years ago

Thanks for the responce! So one EA TBL stays at the club house? And we’ve got a frontdoor with a photoshopped sign, or is this evidence?

Quoted from luvthatapex2:

Summary. You can read the last 231 pages if you want the details
2014 DP took deposits (and many paid in full) for 190 games.
2015-2016 DP and ARA (manuf.) worked to create the game and finalize.
2016 55 games were shipped (40 more games were boxed and sat in a warehouse). DP was out of money and ARA was owed money.
135 people were owed games. Employees let go, partner ships dissolved.
2017-19 Various things were done to get back on track but nothing happened. ARA sued DP.
2019 DP/ARA worked out an agreement per court to sell the 40 boxed games for 500k to pay back ARA and DP (Barry) gets the remaining parts.
late 2019 40 boxed games were brokered by Cointaker (who were also owed games).
DP and Cointaker work out additional deal for new TBLS to be made for 12.5k each.
Estimated 135 people are still owed games from 2016. Deal would make those 135 people whole someday after 265-365 games are sold to new
buyers (no specifics on timeline).
Present Barry (DP) and helpers begin building games.
Its unknown at the moment how many were built but an estimate 8-16 shipped to new buyers with 4 more in progress.
In a nutshell DP needs to build at least 400 games (265 new money and 135 owed). No timeline for those owed yet.

195 EA prepaid USD8500 = USD1655000

135 EA did not get what was paid for = USD1147500
This was burned in 2014-2016 by two co-owners and one parttime employee.

It seems that from 400 TBLs 265 go to new customers and 135 to EA, so 1 for EA from each 3 manufactured.

Media silence from DP, very optimistic post from a close friend, a pain in the ass from a EA friend.... Earning and spending money from pinheads ain’t easy!

Bye Barry & Rensh

Don’t get overexcited on a proto EA apron. As we are well informed approximately 300 TBL have to find a way to new money pinheads, this year the whole DPteam managed to push out 1 for sure and perhaps even 3! So be patient, DP always keeps there promise, so EA will get there TBL after some more NSNL

-11
#11569 4 years ago

Sure, there beloved friend Rensh helps them to give the latest updates and most reliable news from DP! Who am I to think he is just a cointaker? That marketing guy took off, all parts are in the hands of the best assembly engineer and now we have this amazing apron. All EAs know that this will make them happy sooner or later!

-7
#11572 4 years ago

My story is very simple! DP spend all EAs money. A clubhouse gets an TBL for free and refuses to admit they should have donate at least one EA a TBL, with other words they have the same attitude as DP towards EA as they have there money in the house! Then we get these nice posts of what perhaps sometime may be delivered at the doorstep of a EA. Meanwile no production volumes and no information on when EAs get what they paid for. Thats what i call sarcasm!

Well that was exicting news! One EA TBL on the way to it’s rightfull owner, after a lost lawsuit more than a year ago!! There is a promise that there will be a ratio new money and EA... but again silence has come to us Will this be the first and last EA for 2020? Or will all EA get what they are owned? For sure this single EA TBL is released due to all nice requests and lovely comments in this tread.

#11791 3 years ago

EA#53 was the first one Barry managed to build for an EA, the 53 where build by a CT called ARA years ago. ARA held approx 40 TBL’s in store due to the fact DP refuse to pay for the delivered games. These where finally sold for new money last year. There are approx 130 EA’s sadly enough waiting for there TBL at this moment.

#11864 3 years ago

That was very good news from DP in there latest News Shit. If DP pushes out 4 TBL each week of which is one for the next EA inline, and we in The Netherlands have approx 43 working weeks in a year, this means it will take 3 years from now on for all EA TBLs to make it to there beloved home. I have to admit that excuses from my side are more than in place, I never believed that Barry and friends would make this happen! The newsletter is what ensures that all EA’s will get there TBL which they paid for some four years ago! We look forward to the next title from DP and hope they again will invest time and money to make the most amazing game and marketing show! Keep up the hard working in the south of the Netherlands and all the luck to the pinheads who will get there TBL delivered soon!

#11895 3 years ago

It had been wird all that happened a month ago. Nobody expected that so soon DP would start delivering one of the EA TBL. Thing worked out fine for Barry after that roller couster ride in which all EA money of approx 180 clients was spend. Jaap ran away from his obligation to customers, after deploying all his skills in managing the project with the former CM. Then just the end of April 2020 it was annouced that EA#52 was on it’s way home. As the productionline is picking up speed at more than four TBL’s pro week, I heard some whispering that EA#53 & EA54 & EA55 & EA56 are boxed and due to leave the factory to hit the road on there way home! This is amazing good news for all of use in this troubled times specially for EA’s! And also for pinheads that weren’t EA which want one, give your money in deposit so DP can keep up there good work! Delivery times are strongly decreasing and keep in mind that EA#180 is more patience waiting than new money may expect!
