Quoted from Glockonfire:
So a good deal than.
Only 50 exist? How many were planned?
"Jesus! You said it man, nobody fucks with the Jesus."
...but seriously, I think $8500 was original pre-order price, and yeah only like 51 made it into the wild, I believe 2 were destroyed in transit, so like 49 exist. The rest that are built (~40?) are under hostage from the manufacture ARA because of a contract dispute between DP and ARA. Supposedly they plan(ned) to build 300 total, but it's really anyone's guess as to whether they'll actually get built at this point.

Edit: Huh, they took it down, but I can still watch it in my open tab. Strange.
Quoted from Roostking:
The didnt release them before, why would they release them now... And I still think Barry is just going to do a cursory inspection. "Yep, there is a pinball machine in the box, tape er up!"
You think they'll leave the EA plaque under the glass for the new buyer? Imagine how much manpower that would be just to remove.
Max of $20k-25k because anyone who wanted to throw away more than that on a TBL already owns it and if they're serious buying a TBL they know this person paid $12.5k very recently. NIB is a bit risky too, you have no idea if there's damage inside or if it works, and good luck getting parts, like a board or custom plastic? I guess ads like that are fishing for a millionaire...
