Playing flawless besides we had a ball stuck once in Jesus shot which we couldn't free with shaking. It didn't make it to the end and got somehow stuck in the lane. Under observation to see if this is a one time thing or not
Is there damage to the front decal above the coin door or is that some kind of artifact from the pic itself? Thx

It's indeed completely silly. I would think any *serious* company that is sitting on a load of customers money would promptly send an email to *each* customer telling them what they can about the holdup, possible scenarios and outcomes, etc.
And if they are not professional enough to do this they could at least put up a message here in this helpful forum.
Making customers wait and hope for an announcement on some arbitrary "show day" is bizarre and seems amateur night (to me anyways).
Nice product too... hate to see people's faith shaken in the company but radio silence tends to do that.

I'm sure the games are grandfathered in even if the license has expired but how do you know? Is there some searchable license database somewhere?
