Most of the scenarios being discussed are being done under the assumption that DP was being 100% truthful in that presentation. Given past history I wouldn't be so inclined to give them that benefit.

Didn't they say at Texas they had a strong legal position? Now after meeting with the manufacturer their leverage is gone and their only option is to give up control of the company to continue. They've lied previously and yet we're all still willing to say the new 'news' is the truth. Sounds fishy, once again.
Please don't think these guys really care about you, I'd say they care about the $$$ (if there is any) and keeping themselves on the right side of the law when all is said and done.
"if DP would start a legal procedure against ARA for breach of contract, the odds that a judge will rule in favor of DP is very likely!"
Notice the lack of commitment but it's intended to get you to think, oh yea DP they're the good guys here!!! That's what they've done the whole time. They use quotes from TBL in their statements, they play up to the 'good guy' persona, and use the "We're Dutch" as an excuse out of anything.
Please can you all agree to not trust them the next time they come up with another 'good news' scenario. They've been buying time, the entire time, since Expo 2015. I hope you all get your games or money somehow, but please stop falling for what they say and take some/whatever action you can on your end.
Quoted from EternalLife:the royal "we'"....Are you in on TBL? This is a members only thread.
Oh no, it's members only!!!!
Quoted from Rensh:Man, some of you guys really are impossible to deal with. Can tell you guys DP is not following Pinside and can't blame them. It is never good and the negativity can be overwhelming
Complaint: They are not telling anything. So they start a weekly newsletter.
We don't like what they are telling us. Need more info. So they propose a direct kind of chat session.
And now you guys are starting to complain on the platform they are using ??
Men
Maybe they're just shitty?
Quoted from Rensh:What would you need more? A week upfront time and date is mentioned. On Monday you will get a mail with link, what would be the use of getting it earlier? Wanna print it out, frame it and look at it for two days ??
I know when I schedule meetings, I normally withhold the dial in or conference room information until the last minute. Keeps the attendees on their toes!!! Leads to the best meetings, and everyone always shows up!
If I actually did that people would rightly say that I don't know my ass from a hole in the ground.
I would say their ultimate goal was to make money. Well, unless they started this thing as a charity.
These guys have been loose with the facts and using generalities for the last couple of years. If you couldn’t see the incompetence then, you certainly can now. And if you can’t now, I’ve got some stuff to sell in my basement, grade a stuff, very collectible, can’t say what it is though. Send money first and we can talk.
